Collin recieved a call when they were on a cab, on the way to the California Hospital Medical Center.
"Hello?"
"Collin, it's me, Reaper." He said, his voice a little nervous. "Listen, wherever you are you need to run away!"
"Who is it?" Jessica asked.
"It's Reaper." Collin put it on speaker. "Why? Is there something wrong?"
"Yes! Its----- and he--- coming--"
"Hello?" Collin said. "Hello? You're cutting off!"
Everyone in the cab wad nervous. Though, the driver just think they are crazy.
"The Grim Reaper is coming!" Reaper was finally clear. "The Grim Reaper is-"
But something happened. Everything around them stopped. Literally. Nothing's working when Collin is tapping on his phone, all of the vehicles stopped moving, and the raindrops are all floating in the air.
Everyone stepped out of the cab. "What's happening?" Leslie said, who's also nervous now.
"I don't know." Clark said as he looked around on his surroundings.
A noise of a screeching metal was heard. They looked behind them and saw a person, who is dragging his metal cross attached in a chain on the asphalt ground.
It was Zack. And he was The Grim Reaper who Reaper was talking about.
"Zack, you're the Grim Reaper?" Collin formed the words with fear.
Everyone was shocked by the revelation. "Wait, what?"
Zack, or Grim Reaper, formed an evil smirk. "Yes Jessica. I'm the Grim Reaper."
Collin let out a single, but soft chuckle. "All this time, you were the Grim Reaper? Then why didn't you take us when you had the time?"
"You see, I still have to follow certain rules." He said as he pulls up the chain, carrying the cross. "I'm not allowed to take a soul unless they failed their mission. For two years, I have not collected a single soul, and it's irritating. When I saw you on the amusement park, I was glad because finally, someone will fail. But no, you managed to make it on time."
He dropped his cross. "And Reaper almost ruined it if I did not lock him at the council."
The three humans walked in front of their ghosts. "You will have to go through us first before before you take their soul." Clark's fears drained.
"Gladly." Within a second, Grim Reaper blasted them three. They screamed in pain before freezing in place.
The three ghosts' eyes widened in fear, backing up a little bit.
Collin looked at both Jessica and Brandon. "We need to go to the hospital. NOW!"
Without any hesitation, they ran for their lives.
The Grim Reaper kept blasting, while the three of them kept dodging.
"Keep runing!" Collin yelled.
They were almost there. All they have to do is keep runing straight and then turn right, but the problem is, its super far and running isn't enough.
"My ghost powers still have time in it!" Jessica yelled. "Should I use it?!"
"No!" Collin answered. "We'll use it as a last resort!"
The Grim Reaper was catching up to them. The closer he gets, the clearer target they are.
They decided to steal a car. But theu remembered that they can't touch a human object. They remembered that Ghost Powers can turn ordinary object into ghost objects.
"DO IT JESSICA!"
She activated her ghost powers and the car turned into a ghost object.
They all got in the car. Collin started the car and drove it.
"Jessica, hold off Grim Reaper as long as you can!"
It seems to be working because Grim Reaper is now slowing down. The blasts of Grim Reaper can now be easily avoided.
As soon as they arrived the hospital, Jessica's Ghost Powers ran out.
"Let's go!" Collin yelled as they got inside the hospital.
