Kid practically flew backwards from his seat.

Class had just ended, and students were filing out of the room into the hallway.

You're such an idiot, daydreaming like that, now I'm going to fail the test on Friday and I'll have to retake the whole chapter over again! Kid gathered up his things and strode down the stairs and out the door, but not before the professor could flash him a teasing grin. Kid pretended to not see him as he made his way out with all the other students trying to get home.

"Hey, Kid!" A mellow voice called. The shinigami looked over and saw Soul and Black Star motioning him to come towards them.

He walked over. "So... I heard you asked Crona out..." Soul stated softly.

"Yea," Kid rubbed the back of his neck, "But I don't exactly know where to go from here..."

"You know what I say?!" Black Star yelled, his voice echoing in the hallway. "You should come with me to the zoo! Who wouldn't want to be in the presence of a god like me? AHAHA!!"

"Can you just calm down dude? That's so uncool..."

"Well, I have a couple ideas on where I want to take her..." He leaned in and started whispering in their ears.

"Well, out of the three, I think two is the best.."

"Well I think 3 is the best, and you should trust a God's opinion!"

"Girls love sentimental things, right? I'm probably going to go with 2." Kid stated with a grin.

Black Star puffed, but Soul gave a thumbs up and Kid began walking away. As he made his way down the hall, he could hear his friends bickering over #2 and #3.

Oh Crona, my darling, please don't find me foolish. He stepped outside, summoned belzebub, and began flying to his house.
