An Asymmetrical Valentine

Kid landed belzebub on his porch and looked up at the mansion. Symmetrical as always... He smirked and walked through the door. Up the stairs, into his room, belly flopped onto his bed... face shoved into a pillow, a high pitched squeal came from his throat.

"Hey Kid, are you okay?!" A panicked Liz burst through the door.

"Perfectly fine..." He said, standing up and straightening out his clothes. "Do I look okay?"

The blond smiled. "As good as ever!"

The boy beamed, gave her a thumbs up, and walked out to the living room where a desktop sat,  waiting to be awoken. With the slight movement of the mouse, the monitor lit up, and he began working his way through the internet, searching for one thing in particular. Time passed quickly, and before he knew it, the clock showed 3:30.

"Girls, I'm heading out!" Kid called out, collecting the papers coming out of the printer.

"BYE KID!" Patty called, rushing out of her room and waving.

The shinigami walked outside into the mid afternoon breeze. Recalling belzebub, he started soaring towards his future destination with Crona to make a quick stop. The air still lingered with the smell of orange blossoms, but not as strong as it was back at school. The temperature had gotten a bit lower; cool wind ran through his asymmetrical hair. The clouds cast a delicate shadow over the city, as they had gotten somewhat fluffier in the hour and a half he was inside.

After stopping and collecting what he needed, Kid took off towards the school, smiling to himself.

"Hey da-"

"Oh kiddo! I heard the news! Congratulations! I always knew you two would work-"

"Wait... you know already?!"

"Of course! Everyone's talking about it... say, why aren't you with her right now?"

"Actually, I'm sposed to pick her up at 4, and it almost that now... I was just wondering if you know where that jacket I left here is."

"Right over here..." Shinigami-Sama produced a black hoodie with his skull mask on the back. "Here you go!"

"Thanks dad! I have to go now, I'm almost late!" Kid said before taking off down the hall.

"Your welcome! Tell me how it goes!" And Kid was out of the mirror room.

Jogging down the school hallway, he noticed a few small groups of people giggling at him as he passed. He smirked and slowed down to a walk so he could put on the hoodie.

You're such a dork.

He began descending the stairs that lead below the school.
