Chapter 5

We were in the limo on the way back to the boy’s apartments. It was now 7pm and we left the apartment at 10am. I yawned and snuggled into Zayn’s shoulder. I was the most like him, shy and quiet.

“You comfy?” he asked. I smiled and nodded sleepily. I closed my eyes.

“Wake up babe.” I heard Zayn’s voice say.

“No.” I mumbled and buried my head in his shoulder. I heard him chuckle, he picked me up bridal style and carried me into the apartment and laid me down on one of the beds. He kissed my forehead and went to walk out the door.

“Stay! Please.” I added softly. He froze at the door and turned around slowly. He smiled and walked over and climbed next to me. He wrapped his muscular arms around me, making me feel safe. I closed my eyes and drifted off into dream land.

I heard snoring. I opened my eyes and was met with Zayn’s sleeping face. He had stayed. That thought made me smile. His eyes fluttered open, revealing his pools of warm chocolate brown.

“Good morning.” I said smiling.

“Morning.” He replied copying my smile. We climbed out of bed and walked to the kitchen to see what was for breakfast. I smiled when I saw Harry cooking pancakes.

“Here you are babe.” He said winking and passing me a plate full of pancakes.

“Thank you.” I said politely taking the plate and walking over to the table where the rest of the boys were. They smile up at me and I shyly smiled back. I took a seat next to Liam and across from Niall. “Can I go home today?” I asked Liam.

“You can go whenever you want babe, just know that we are going to Wolverhampton for two weeks.” He said before continuing to eat his food. I looked down at my food. I knew that this day was coming, when they would have to leave and I’d have to go home.

“What’s wrong?” Niall asked. I looked up to see all the boys looking at me with concern.

“N-nothing, I j-just want...to go home now.” I said. I knew that I never wanted to leave this and the five lovely guys who let me in to their house. The boys looked upset at my statement.

“I’ll take you.” Liam said taking his now empty plate over to the kitchen.

“Thank you.” I said as the boys as they hugged me.

“Come and get us if you ever need anything.” Louis said kissing my forehead for the hundredth time. I agreed and walked out the door with Liam beside me. When we were out side of the smelly old pub he pulled me in for a long hug.

“If you ever need help just call ok.” He said kissing my cheek, passing me my guitar and letting me go. I pushed open the door; I turned around to see Liam walking away. I honestly wanted nothing more than to run back to him and tell him that I was joking, but I couldn’t. I took a breath and walked inside. I walked up the stairs until I came to my apartment. There was a piece of paper stuck to the door.

You ditched me for some spoiled boy band! BITCH! I stuck by you, I ran away from home, food and shelter for you and this is how you repay me? Well I haven’t paid the rent and you know how Mr. Fix is. There is a box next to the door with your pieces of crap in it.

I was gob smacked; I had to live on the streets. I gulped and thought about what the boys said about calling them if I ever needed anything. I shook my head, I couldn’t do it. They were going away and I couldn’t be any more of a burden than I have already been. I looked at the ground at the small cardboard box; I picked it up and walked out of the building. I was tempted to walk to the boys’ apartment but they might not want me there. I sighed and continued to walk until it started to rain. I couldn’t see any shelter for miles. The rain blended in with my tears, why did Alison do this? Why did I have to agree to go with Liam? Why?? I was sobbing so hard that I had to sit down…is it possible that my life went from bad to terrible?
