A perfect plan,

But for this plan to work out,

I needed a partner,

Ben's POV

My eyes opened wide,

I heard glass shatter,

I got up and grabbed a baseball bat from the closet,

Stepping down the stairs,

as quietly as possible,

I heard no sound,

but when I went downstairs,

I saw the window in the living room,

shattered,

it was done by a ball of some sort,

before I investigated or called the police,

I saw a note,

'enjoy your times,

you don't know when they will end'
