Better Than Revenge

 So it was a rainy day ,

my tears were running as you broke my heart,

without a glance.
How could you do this ?
With the roaring of the lightening ,
I could hear the crushing of my heart.
After all the things you said to me ,
after all the laughs we shared ,
after all the kisses we shared,
you tell me that this isn't working out for you.
What isn't working out for you .
Is is the fact that I love you ,
or is it because your popular "friends " don't like me.
Tell me the reason why you are doing this.
And I am sorry but "it's not you , it's me " is too much of a mainstream reason.
I love you and you are "you " to me.
Even if you change I will love you ,
for to me you are my man and the change is a part of you.

But it's okay honey ,
if you will leave me.
And it's true that while I shatter into broken pieces ,
you will always have a piece of me.
And remember if I am going to be a disaster ,
be prepared to be thrown in the eye of the hurricane.
Nobody will hold your hand like I did ,
you will be a stranger to all of them ,
even your friends .
Take a deep breath and let it go ,
the hurricane of emotions you are going through ,
you know you can't express them ,
for you have to maintain a reputation of a tough guy who broke up with his girlfriend.
In the end I would like to say take care my love.
I will always hate myself for loving you.
I will always hate you for letting me love you.

I saw him after a week at a cafe with some girl
who looked like his sister ,
holding her hand
and whispering sweet things in her ear.
Rage took over me so I emptied the contents of the plate on his face .....At least that's what I wanted to do.
So I made a decision in my mind to do a reckless thing tonight .

I marched down to his table
and before I could do anything
he introduced me to his fiancée of two weeks.
Since I didn't allow anybody to mess with me ,
I made sure this cheat
wasn't going to leave with revenge as his sweet.
I started sobbing over there ,
and told him I was six weeks pregnant.
The shock was visible on his face,
the fiancée left the ring beside the plate.
I waved her a goodbye ,
and told the guy
"I never said it was your child ".
Putting my sunglasses on ,
I smirked his way .
I don't think he dares to cross my
way again ,
but if he does he will again get a sweet sweet revenge.
I casted a look at his face.
And then I emptied the contents of the plate on his face.
