When everything still seemed fine

A month later

Woozi couldn't help but wonder since when everything went downhill this fast.

Sure, everyone had their moments but Minghao had been acting weird for way too long.

Everyone in Seventeen was close, there was no denying that, yet Jihoon and Minghao hadn't interacted as much with eachother as others did but that did not mean that things like this escaped his eyes easily.

Woozi may not have talked to Minghao as much as he wanted (because of work and language barrier) but he still cared just as much for Minghao as he did for the other members. Maybe even a bit more.

When Minghao first arrived in their trainee group, he looked like a lost puppy, eyes wide, curious to everything around him yet skittish and careful of any danger.

While over time the chinese member had grown more comfortable, he was still so cute and innocent in Woozi's eyes. Just like Dino, Minghao felt like a little brother to the older members, hell, even the younger members saw him as this cute but sassy ball of fluff.

He had to admit, he wished he had talked more with their youngest chinese member for he did not know what he should do now to help.

He should've seen this coming really, the signs had been too obvious, but everyone had ignored them, even Jun whom was closest to Minghao had ignored the signs.

Everyone had thought that it would all solve itself, they should've know better, Jihoon now realised that.

Thinking back, it probably had been going on for a few months or so.

The isolation, the extra practising, the neglactance of eating food, it had all begun around three months ago.

Jihoon wondered if the problems started by something on his phone since Minghao practically grew obsessed over the device.

He'd tried asking Jun once if he knew about it, the younger had just looked down sadly and whispered "we haven't truly spoken in two weeks"

It was then that it was clear for Jihoon that something was seriously wrong with the youngest chinese member.

He could see that Jun felt utterly miserable about how he hadn't spoken to his best friend and that he was thinking about what he could've done wrong.

And even though Jihoon and the8 weren't as close as some others, Jihoon had promised himself that he would help the younger, for whatever was bothering him, had an effect on the whole team.

Yet nothing could have prepared him for what he would find.

"M-minghao ... WHAT THE HELL DID YOU DO TO YOURSELF."
