Melody's PoV

I woke up and changed into white crop top with a pair of dark blue jeans and a pair of brown heeled boots that go to my mid calf and I saw Cooter working on a car so I climbed down the ladder he smiled when he saw me.

Cooter: morning Melody

Melody: morning Cooter

Cooter: what you going to do today?

Melody: well I saw a place called the Boars Nest so I thought I might check it out

Cooter: okay be careful

Melody: I'll try

Cooter: *smiles*

I walked to my car and got in and drove to the Boars Nest.

At the Boars Nest

I parked up and walked in I saw a fight going on I looked closely and I saw Alex and Jason in the fight I sighed they are my parents friends well "guards" as they call themselves see I'm not just running from my past but I'm also running from my parents because of something else.

I walked into the middle of the fight and pulled it apart and they looked at me.

Melody: fellas fighting never solves anything

Alex: you can't say anything Melody

???: that's Melody?

Jason: yup

???: why is she here?

???: she's dangerous

I sighed

Melody: I'm not dangerous

Alex: come on

The fight started again I then felt being lifted up I saw Bo and Luke. Well Luke was the one who picked me up. Then a fight started again I slowly walked up to the bar I faced the fight.

???: what's wrong sugar?

Melody: I'm just worried

???: what are you worried about?

Melody: two guys over there I met 2 days ago are in a fight which I tried to stop but one of the guys lifted me up and then he and his cousin got in the fight as well.

???: don't worry about them sugar my cousins are strong.

I turned my head quickly at the person.

???: I'm Daisy Duke, Bo and Luke's cousin

Melody: I'm Melody Lee

Daisy: nice to meet you Melody

Melody: you too Daisy

Daisy: how did you meet my cousins

Melody: well Boss and Rasco were talking and they walked out of this shed well my car broke down and I went to find some help but they walked out of this shed looking building talking they saw me and asked me what did I hear I said nothing and Boss just told Rasco to arrest me for trespassing when the boys said I wasn't when I told them. I ran away from Rasco and I saw a truck so I climbed inside and I get the truck move and then stop and after a little while the door opened and your cousins found me.

Daisy: oh

Melody: but now I've just seen someone well two people I know

Daisy: oh

I sighed and saw Jason and Alex walk towards me I stood up and ran since they were quick walking I heard the door open and then close I saw Alex and Jason.

I saw a pickup truck I looked closely it was Cooter he saw me he parked up and ran to us, once he got out of his truck, and he stood in front of me.

Jason and Alex ran I sighed Cooter looked at me worried.

Cooter: what happened?

Melody: you know the usual two guys who are "guards" to your parents come and get me

Cooter: I'll help you with them

Melody: Cooter

Cooter: I know but I made a promise when we were in the city and I plan on keeping that promise

Melody: thanks Cooter

I smiled at him and he smiled back.

Luke's PoV

Me and Bo walked inside the Boars Nest and we saw a fight and I saw Melody in the middle I lifted her up out of the fight and she walked to the bar near Daisy they were talking I saw two guys walking towards Melody before me or Bo or any of those two guys could get her she ran out of the Boars Nest.

Daisy: what just happened?

Bo: not sure

Luke: hope she's okay

Daisy: yeah I do as well

The door opened and in walked Melody and Cooter.

Daisy: Melody are you okay?

Melody: *nods* yeah I am

Cooter: you sure

Melody: yeah

Bo: who were those guys

Melody: those guys were Jason and Alex two guards of my parents

Cooter: and you're worried they'll catch you?

Melody: yup

Daisy: we won't let that happen sugar

Melody: really?

Luke: yeah

Melody told us a few things about where she is from. Me, Daisy and Bo knew that Melody was hiding something but we didn't bother about it we'll let her tell us if she wants to.
