Chucky gets his eyes from one of his parents (you decide if it's his mom or dad.) That's why he doesn't really like them (I have an idea one of his parents had to be abusive, emotionally or physically. Whichever parent it was had icy blue eyes, and that's why Chucky can't stand the fact his are the same, and being reminded of said parent.)
