"Ellie! El, where are you? Come back!" I yelled desperatly. I turned to my best guy friend, Landon, who was standing besides me, looking horror-struck as one of my best friends, Ellie, disappeared into the raging ocean.

My mom just got promoted to the best job offer she's seen in years. And you know what that meant. Moving. I was moving far from here, away from all my friends and lifestyles. My family and I were headed from Idaho to Georgia. It was a pretty far move, but it was also an opportunity to change my life.
Making friends, for now, seemed easy. It was a small island, and the people were nice. But when one of them goes missing, what am I to do?
Go after her, ofcourse. Across the wide open ocean. And who else is to be stuck with me than that one boy whose friendship was an accident?
Oh, not to mention all the trouble we get in, all the danger we face, and that one secret that keeps me and Landon Collins together, despite the fights, pointless arguments, and almost loosing eachother along the way.
