In English class we had to write a paragraph about an emotion and how it has controlled us. Here is my paragraph.
Sometimes, happiness has controlled my actions and behavior. In health class we were talking about dead musicians, and I got really excited because I know a lot and I mean a lot about 1960s and 1970s musicians. Well, my excitement got the best of me and I started practically screaming about Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin, Keith Moon, and John Bonham. I especially screamed about John Bonham because he was the drummer for my absolute favorite band, Led Zeppelin, and Keith Moon because I'm named after him. I got so excited because I know so much about these people and have dedicated hours learning about them. Also not many people my age know about them, so I take any and every chance I have to blab about them. Clearly, happiness is the reason behind some of my actions.
I could have written a lot more if I had been given more room, but I hope my teacher doesn't think insane after reading it.
