chap-6

As usual I skipped my dention halfway. Checking the time I knew I had rush if I had to reach on time for my work.

"Sam, Cason! someone drop mellisa at home, please." I called over my shoulder towards sam and cason, who were bickering about something I assume was a girl.

I parked my car and stepped out, taking in my environment. soo..I'm employed for  'Tropical Twisters!' a smoothie bar.

I was collecting my uniform from the office when a lady around 40's started lecturing me about the way I'm supposed to behave with the customers.

"....be kind to them, always smile, never charge them less......."  blah! blah! blah! blah! 

".......and be kind to them......" I'm am literally going to sleep now

".....and remember, be kind towards them......"  how many times is she gonna repeat that thing?

"and one more thing, that if you don't follow will get your payment reduced to half "

this got my ears stand up, I'm short of money right now and all I need is money, no way I'm going to  get my payment cut. "DO NOT flirt with my niece!"

"oh, so you have a niece ma'am" trying damn hard to stop that smirk on my face.

she narrowed her eyes  and pointed her finger at me "no funny businesses. get it?"

"yes."

 casually leaning against the counter  I was taking in order and handing them what they'd wanted. there  were girls trying to get my attention and ogling over me and there were boys who were literally drinking the girls.

Seeing girls ogling over me was a common thing for me, but a girl, to put it more clearly, chic, got my attention. Time to have some fun.

She was wearing extremely sluttish clothes, high heels,hair beached and kept down , and was indeed looking hot. anyways, she approached me and leaned on the counter as much as possible. sickly sweet smile plastered on her face. twirling her hair with one hand and the other was pushing money in the most sluttish way ever toward me.

I played along with her. leaning forward, taking the order and money from her hand. I handed her a large sized smoothie though her order and money were for a medium size. but I knew my trick was working fine. BANG! the door banged open, my boss (lady around 40's) started walking towards me. As expected she was trying to remind me that the order was for a medium size not for a large size as calmly as possible but anger anger was dripping off her tongue.

"hey! don't talk to him that way!" she snapped at my boss before turning towards me.

"make my order 5 LARGE smoothies. please. lemon and orange." I smirked before taking up her order and handing her the smoothies.

"that would be $25" she paid $35 and asked my boss to keep the change. I chuckled at her giving tip to my boss as she winked and  walked away swaying her hips high in the air.

'Donna' my boss pointed a finger at me but before she could open her mouth I started speaking "why so angry Donna? look, I've earned you $35 instead of $3.50. isn't that amazing?" she turned her back towards me and stomped back into her office.

turning back to my work I saw a girl with greenish blue eyes,pretty blond hair, thin but not skinny girl bouncing up and down full with excitement and impatience.
"that was so cool! how did you even know that  the bimbo was gonna do that?"

she widened her eyes waiting for my answer. I didn't answer her question but just raised my eyebrows.

"oh! I'm so sorry was she your girlfriend? she didn't seem like your girlfriend, so I thought that you were just playing a really awesome trick ,you know........"

I chuckled and assured her that it was a trick.

before I could ask her for the order.I was knocked down to the floor by an invisible force, chocking on air I was trying to figure out what was going on.

My whole body was aching and I felt like someone was tightening a knot inside me like-CLASP!  after that tying feeling I was left with no energy, slumped on the ground with a bunch of people surrounding me.

"are you all right? do you want to visit a doctor?"

"what just happened?" I looked around trying to find out who did that but nobody seemed to

"OMG! yes he needs to visit a doctor"

I was ignoring all the chaos around me and was looking for a specific blond headed girl. I don't know why but I just wanted to see if she was alright.

I peeped through the ajar-ed door of the office just to find her lying vulnerably on the couch, but she was fine

As soon as I got to my feet I was rushed home to rest or to visit a doctor by Donna.

what happened back there was completely impossible. I was struck by an invisible power or invisible Bruce lee. but at the same time that blond head girl went through the same. I was not hit by anyone for sure. but that pain,that feeling, that knot. They were unforgettable.

I had to meet that blond headed girl again. It wasn't hard to meet her again as she was donna's neice.

....strange how even Sapphire had that same shade of blond hair. (sigh) I'm not gonna think about sapphire anymore, she's gone. that's it. 

I climbed the tree in the lawn,crawled the branch that led to my room. yeah this the way I go in and out of my room, it always felt uncomfortable to enter the house with mellisa's family inside. I hopped inside my room and saw mellisa on my bed lying on her back with her laptop on her knees .

"hey! wht's up?"

"you know what? life is so not fair! I wanted to take revenge for my hair thing and look what happened!"

I narrowed my eyes and walked towards her peeping in the laptop. "what the-" she had uploaded  pictures of mine while I was-----brushing my teeth? on facebook. seriously? I looked  the same old sleepy myself, the messed up hair,eyes half closed, I woudn't mind it unless,there was a toothbrush stuck in my mouth, but there it was of-course. she scrolled the screen down and huffed. wait is that my account? how did she even know my password?

"you better not!" she narrowed her eyes at me before walking out of my room.

I laughed asking her what she'd do if I read them.

ugh! I just can't get her out of my head. her or what had happened back there. It's so confusing.

why did she remind me of saphire??

why her of all people??
