*(Y/n)'s POV*

I ran as fast as I could away from the other team. I quickly looked behind me. Four people. Pharah, Sombra, Mei and Widowmaker were hot in my heels.

I groaned, running to the edge of the building. They've followed me for so long, so I've had no time to fix my wounds from the previous battle with Soldier 76, Hanzo and Junkrat.

I looked towards my right, staring at the ground. The roof is higher up than that I'd like it to be, but it's my only way to escape. I grabbed the file with the Overwatch information, putting it in my mouth.

As I reached the edge of the building, I wasted no time. I ran off and felt the wind come from underneath my clothes. My (h/c) hair flew up in the air and I prepared myself for the hit.

Once I hit the ground I felt a shock of pain hit my anckels. I groaned, getting back up on my feet quickly. I ran forwards down the open road, taking a look behind me.

Mei froze her own way down with a ice gun, Pharah just jumped down without any expression, Sombra tossed a translocator onto the ground, teleporting over to it, while Widowmaker used Mei's slide.

-"How the fuck am I supposed to escape from these? R-Reaper! I need backup!" I shouted into my communicator as I kept on running.
-"How many bogeys?" Reaper replied, his voice as cold as always.

I soon noticed a place where I could try to loose the others. I ran down the right tunnel, grabbing my pistol. I can take them on with one single swing, but so can they. I am after all on their sacred ground. I shot the lights, darkening the hall as I took another turn to the right.

I kept on running until I came to a quiet place. I groaned as I sat down onto the ground, still holding my bulletwound.

-"I lost three, but there's still four," I said through the communicator as I grabbed my backpack. I opened it and got my bandage up. I quickly wrapped it around me and then focused on the silence again.

-"When you've lost two more I'll send backup," Reaper simply replied before leaving the call we had. I groaned, tossing my communicator away. It hit the wall, cracking into many pieces.

I looked down the hall, and I soon noticed something. I stared at all the small red lights glowing up, and I groaned as I got up. Just as the Widowmaker shot a bullet at me, I managed to get out of it's way.

I got up and kept running, leaving my backpack behind. I laid pressure on my wound, reaching the bright daylight again. Once I stepped into the light, it got way brighter than expected.

Pharah had shot a rocket towards Genji and he had used his deflect, sending it towards me. I flew up in the air, but I saw my chance to shine. I grabbed my gun, shooting the others as I flew away. I managed to hit Mei and Sombra, taking them down.

But I hadn't lost more bogeys on the trail, the three men from earlier; Soldier 76, Hanzo and Junkrat was on my trail once again.

I landed on the ground with my side, screaming out in pure agony. I quickly got up, limping my way forwards as fast as I could. I can't let them get me, I just can't. Reaper needs this file, and if I give it to him, he'll be proud of me, and maybe even promote me.

Now, how Winston managed to gather the whole old team again was something new. Suddenly a quick orange light shone in front of me, and Tracer just stood there.

I then stopped on my track, realizing that my body couldn't really take much more.
-"Ya' picked the wrong side, mate!" Junkrat shouted out as everyone walked up to me.

-"Did I?" I asked, laying more pressure on my bulletwound. I had been shot earlier by Soldier, and now they just managed to shoot me with a rocket.

-"Give us the file and we'll let you go," Tracer said and gave me a smile. I shook my head, laughing. The woman looked at me confused as I laughed. No one knew why, not yet.

-"When you assholes shot that rocket after me, the hardware was destroyed. Sorry, lads, but you've been chasing me to your end," I said as someone started shooting at them.

The people quickly started running into cover, and I saw my chance. I ran forwards and stared at the roof. Reaper stood there, shooting whoever tried to follow me. I smiled, running forwards with my bleeding wounds. I soon reached the sea and beach where I was going to get my ride away, but there was someone else there.

Doomfist stood there beside my ride, his eyes locked onto me.
-"Come on, lad, just let me leave!" I snapped, taking a look behind at the city. Reaper was running towards me, Soldier 76 behind him while the others were far behind them again.

I groaned as I grabbed my gun from my pocket, firing off at Doomfist. He immediately ran out of the way, and I ran towards the car. I opened the window, pointing my gun out. I aimed at the Soldier, shooting him in his side. Payback.

The well-aged man fell on his face and broke his mask, meaning that Reaper was now free. He ran over to the car as well, and I started it. I raced down the beach, the sand flying up in the air behind our trail.

-"Shit, thanks. I never thought you'd come," I said and sighed. Reaper looked at me through his mask, and I heard a low chuckle.
-"I tried to contact you, you know. But no problem, darling," he started, and I sighed.

-"I.. got angry," I muttered and stared in the mirror. There was no one on our tail, luckily.
-"I know you did, (y/n), which was indeed good for you right now. Do you have the hardware with the files?"

Suddenly something heavy landed in the sand in front of us, and we crashed into it. I screamed out as Roadhog grabbed the car, tossing it away. As the car landed upside down, I dared to get out of it.

Reaper stood outside already and looked at me, probably in all seriousness. I spit the hardware out, handing it to him.
-"Let's get going before they reach us," Reaper said as he bent down beside my body.

-"No, leave me be. You, Reaper, get going. You need the file, okay? I'll come to you later. Now, run!" I snapped and pushed him away with my hand.

Reaper stood up and stumbled backwards, probably shocked that I was sacrificing myself for him. I slowly got up on my feet, wiping some blood away from my face with my sleeve.

-"They'll execute you. I can't lose someone like you," Reaper said and walked towards me, not giving up. I threw myself after his cloak as dragged him close to me.

-"What do you think I am doing? I am sacrificing myself for you, so run! I'm doing this for you, Reaper. Please, leave. They can't have both of us," I said and groaned as the wounds flared up again.

-"I can't let you die!" He argued, but I pushed him away as the others started running towards us from not that far away.
-"Leave!" I shouted, and he now decided to do so.
-"T-Thank you, (y/n)," Reaper said before turning around. He turned into smoke, leaving the place like a hurricane.

The people ran towards me, and I noticed that the ones who I had shoot was limping on Zarya, their team carrier. I let my gun fall to the ground as they closed in, and I fell onto my knees.

This was the reason why I didn't follow Reaper. I would never have made it away, I was in too much pain.
-"Now you can't do much!" Junkrat shouted and smiled a nasty smile towards me.

-"Yeah," I whispered, shaking my head. I smirked, looking up at the others.
-"Where's Reaper?" Tracer asked and crossed her arms in confusion.
-"Gone," I said and smiled as Widowmaker grabbed her sniper, pointing it towards me.

-"He's gone, just like you," she said and I could see that smirk on her lips. The red line from her zoom locked in on my chest, right where my heart was.

-"Thanks for letting me go from this world," I whispered, and closed my eyes. A second later Widowmaker shot me right where she had aimed. I fell on my back, staring up at the sky. It took less than a second for my vision to go blurry.

What would've happened if I let with Reaper? If we both got away, maybe something could have happened, but he was too good for someone like me.

-"We could have done something else to her. Winston wanted her alive!" Pharah shouted towards Widowmaker, and the two of them started yelling words to each other.
-"Thanks," I whispered once again, just this time to Reaper before my vision faded to black.
