Ha I love this chapter!

“Dude! Don’t, he is not worth it!!” Josh grabbed my arm. I stood still, the eye of the tornado pulsing around me. All I wanted to do was ripe that miserable mutt to pieces. He leaned in and nuzzled Kida’s neck. Bright red filled my vision obscuring everything. I pulled myself from Josh. A small part of my attention noticed he had been holding on with all of his strength and fell hard. I walked up calmly my eyes noticing every little thing.

“Bobby get off you pig.” Kida muttered, she shook her shoulders shook trying to get him off.

“Oh come on baby don’t be like that.” He crowed. Kida flinched and tried to push him off faster.

“Bobby how about you get your arm off of Kida or I’ll take it off.” I suggested a threat deep in my tone. Bobby looked up a smirk on his pudgy face. His smirk grew wider when he saw me.

“Nah, I like it right here. See Kida is my girlfriend so I can have my arm on her.” He jeered and ugly smirk plastered his face.

“Not when she told you to get off.” I pointed out. The table was deathly quiet. Not a single hair was moved nor a single peep heard. I rained in a bit of my anger trying to keep my voice and face impassive. “Now how about you move your hand from her just as she told you too.”

“Nope I rather like it right here, so comfy. You no Tyler she is quite warms and lovely to hold.” He smirked. Kida looked at him in hatred. I grinned when I saw her fist twitch.

“Bobby you might just want to move. You probably forgot but Kida is rather wonderful at fighting. Remember Justin?” I asked, a grin found its way on to my face remembering Kida tearing Justin in two. “Kind of dense to annoy a girl who is on her way to championships in karate,” I shrugged. “But hey, it is your funeral.” Bobby pulled back slightly having just remembered who he was dealing with. Kida smiled sweetly as if I hadn’t just given her away.

“Um yeah whatever, Liam.” He muttered and then quite obviously looked at his watch. “Got to go anyway mom wanted me home.” He got up and left knocking my food to the floor. Kida grabbed Bobby’s hand to stop him.

“Pick it up.” She demanded. He stood and looked at her face and nodded slightly. He cleaned it all up and threw every last piece away. I sat in my chair laughing lightly. Kida squeezed my hand quickly. I sat there at the table eating the new order of food. Kida kept sneaking me glances, smiling every time she was caught. Minutes later she stood up and glanced at me.

“I’m heading home guys. Liam would you walk me home it’s really dark.” She looked at me pleading slightly. I stood up and threw $20 at Oliver. Kida took my hand and led me out of the diner. We walked in silence for a while. “Oh gosh it’s so cold.” She said breaking the silence shivering.

“I don’t have a jacket.” I sighed sadly. She shook her head and leaned into my side pulling my arm close. We walked a bit further a grin forever on my face all the while thinking.

Ask her out you idiot!’ My mind shouted. ‘She’s giving heavy hints.’ I shook my head at my inner self. No she doesn’t like me like that. ‘Ask her! Don’t be a baby!’

We kept walking when she asked to stop at the lake and sit there and dip her feet. She dipped her delicate little feet into the black water. I sat next to her dipping my feet in too. The moon was shining bright and she was bathed in a beautiful white light. Her hair was almost black; her eyes shining back the reflection of the moon. She shivered and I put my arm around her pulling her close.

“It’s very beautiful out here.” She stated. I looked forward trying not to kiss her. “Liam.” She called. I looked at her and her face was closer than I expected. Without stopping to think or compose myself I leaned in and kissed her. She responded by kissing me back. Her sweet lips pressed against mine. She pulled back slightly her eyes alight with wonder and confusion.

“I-I’m sorry. I shouldn’t have kissed you without permission.” I mumbled.

“Liam. Look at me.” She said quietly. I shook my head. Her delicate fingers pulled my chin up. She stared in my eyes. “Liam, don’t apologize for that. I’ve wanted to kiss you for a long time and now I got my wish.“ She smiled and kissed me gently. I smiled shyly kissing her back in wonderment.

“But Kida I…I thought you didn’t like me. I thought my eyes freaked you out?” I said ending in a question. She started giggling. Her laugh was so enchanting I couldn’t help but chuckle.

“Liam… your eyes are very beautiful. And I did like you I only ever said I didn’t because I find it’s easier when no one knows your business.” She shrugged.

“What about Bobby?” I asked narrowing my eyes.

She shuddered, “I thought he would be the one to push you over the edge to maybe notice me.” She blushed. I grinned, she knows me well. “But I do like you and I can’t stand Bobby.”

“Well..” I drew the word out trying to be a cheeky person. “How about this?” I got down on one knee and grabbed her hand. “Kida! Please will you go out with me? Please please please?” I sang. She blushed laughing.

“Yeah, I guess I could.” She shrugged. I jumped up and kissed her. Her hands wound around my neck, her fingers stroking my hair. I put my hands on her waist pulling her close. Her lips were soft and sweet. I nibbled lightly on her lower lip smiling when she opened her mouth. We stood there making out when all of a sudden.

“Hey! What are you kids doing out here?!?” A bright LED light flashed on us.
