In a mad attempt not to be stuck in the room with the wild beast, Lily flung herself in the bed, her leg caught on a sheet. Running purely on instinct, she scrambled up, leg dragging half the bed with her, and darted for the door.

Just like in the van, Lily was quickly grabbed and manhandled down to the ground. She was turned face up, and squirmed until she realised that those holding her had a ridiculously tight grip. Nearby, but out of sight, she heard the wolf howl and she began to tremble.

"Oh please oh please!" She shrieked. "Please, I haven't done anything wrong!"

"She's hysterical! We should drug her again, for her own good!" The white haired man begged.

"Don't be an idiot!" Snapped the Scandinavian man. "She needs to see us for what we are!"

Lily's face was grabbed forcefully, and turned to the man who just spoke. "You need to calm down girl! We don't want to hurt you!"

She gazed fearfully into his eyes, which she noticed to be impossibly red in colour. Tears formed in her own.

"Oh shut up Ryan!" The pale man who had been by the bed shouted to the still howling wolf. "Just hurry up and shift back already."

The howling subsided, and there was a moment of silence as she lay trembling under their grips. It wasn't long before the head of the hairy man forced his way through to her, causing Lily to let out an involuntary squeak.

"I am so sorry Lily!" He exclaimed distraught. "I would never hurt you! No matter what I look like."

Lily struggled to comprehend his simple words. The man was some sort of monster? He claimed that he meant her no harm, but her thoughts kept going back to the awful teeth of the creature she had seen.

"Lily?" The hairy man asked as she began to shut her eyes in fear. "Are you okay?! I am so sorry." As he spoke, she felt a hand nervously caress her shoulder.

"Okay everyone," a voice she hadn't heard before said. "Give the girl some space."

She heard murmurs as hands slowly retreated away from her, leaving her completely free. After a few moments of deep breathing, she finally felt confident to open her eyes. The men were certainly not as close as they could be, but still surrounding her, perched on the floor in varying ways.

She felt like something was stuck in her throat for a very long time. She tried relaxing it and speaking up. "Please..." She hoarsely whispered. "Let me go home."

It was the red head who replied, "no Lily. This will be your home now."

Her blood went cold, and she gazed upon him in fear, "no! It's not! You have to let me go!"

The red head smirked knowingly, leaning in. "You're staying here, where you will be safe and well cared for, and you have no say in the matter my little treasure."

"No..." she choked, pulling her knees to herself. "I won't! I won't!" She began sobbing into her knees.

"I-" the redhead began to speak when he was interrupted by the man in glasses. She connected his voice with the voice that had told them all to give her space.

"With all due respect, I think Lily is overwhelmed right now," he said thoughtfully, standing up, glancing at a watch on his risk. "And by my calculations, the next shift has started."

Lily was too distraught to even care what a shift was, and continues to sob wildly.

"If I'm correct, it's my and Alexander's turn," he said, looking to the cold looking man who had emerged from the shadows.

The man nodded silently, and the red head spoke up. "Fine fine! Out we all go then, even you doggy," he said gesturing to Ryan, who sat nearest to Lily looking hesitant. "You'll get your turns later, so leave the girl be!"

With little sound, all but the people 'on the shift left'. Leaving her curled up on the floor under the gaze under two silent watchers.
