When we arrived to my house, Lucas gave me peck on the cheek and a wink as he left.
He was right, my parents are working on something in their laptops. They are very concentrated, they hardly notice me pass by.
My room is so cool, it has many action heroes here and there. But I also have a television, a closet full of very fashional clothes and a set of food.
This all could be useful for me in the future.
Oh, my phone is vibrating!
Someone, texted me?
Mark: Donghyuck, text me when you get home
It's a person named Mark.
Lucas never told me anything about him.
Mark might be someone unimportant.
"Son, you will not go to school for tomorrow or the day after tomorrow! Come down and eat!" My dad yells from the kitchen.
I run through the house hallways and sit on my chair.
My mom silently serves us chicken Alfredo.
In very hungry so I don't talk, and I just enjoy the food.
"We know about that friend of yours, that he is staying over. He's Jeno, right?" My father asks me teasingly.
I don't know what to say, I'm completely blank again.
"It's okay, he can stay because he works and has been paying us a quarter of the rent." My mom tells me soothingly, but I'm still very confused.
"O-okay" I say with a brightly fake smile, I mean I don't understand anything at all.
"I'm back!" A deep yet rough voice yells from the front door.
It's a guy with a bright and warm eye smile. He has blackish brown hair and beautiful smooth skin.
"Hey Jeno, come and eat with us!" My dad orders Jeno cheerfully.
I'm wondering if this is someone close to me?
As Jeno sits next to me he shows me a cheeky grin.
Okay, I guess he is close to me.
"Donghyuck, you won't be able to go to school the next two days because your mother and I are going on a far away business trip. We want you to take care of the house. Jeno has to keep working, so you two have to be responsible." My father says calmly, and my mom nods at his words.
I smile and nod too.
At least I have time to adjust and remember everything in my life
"Don't worry, I'll take care of you too." Jeno says to me with a cute smile.
Jeno's phone started ringing, and he leaves the room quick.
