Achelois' nose twitched as she woke up. She rubbed her temples and looked at the direction of a mirror near her bed. Her own green eyes stared back at her.
She sat beside a table with dirty makeup brushes on it and started covering the dark circles under her eyes.

Every once in a while, she'd hear Jack snore, which made her chuckle lightly. She was gorgeous with and without makeup. This was another quality in Achelois that others envied.
"Jack! It's time for our first adventure", she squaled and tapped his shoulder. Jack turned his back at her: "Five more minutes."
Achelois looked at him with disbelief. "Wow, really Jack? Pulling the 'five more minutes'-card? Lame."
This made Jack turn his face back at her. "I'm not lame", he said squinting his eyes, because they weren't used to the amount of light yet. "I do not agree", she said and watched Jack close his eyes again.
He still didn't bother getting up. "Okay, I'll just go eat pancakes all by myself then", Achelois said as she walked towards the door.
"I'm up", he said with sudden excitement. This made her giggle quietly.

Soon after finishing their breakfast made by Achelois and her mother, they went outside. The sun was shining brightly and the air around them felt warm for the first time in a while.
She was hoping for some wind soon, because of the weather, which was warmer than usual. They sat on the lawn.
"You should call your parents", Achelois said and looked up at Jack. He sneered in agreement. She got up: "Shall we?" Jack took her hand and pulled her back down. "Not yet. Let's just enjoy this moment for a while."
Achelois rolled her eyes, but didn't let go of Jack's hand. He pulled her close to his chest and hugged her tightly. He looked at Achelois, then at their hands and smiled.
They had met 7 hours ago and were already close. Neither of them have ever connected with a person in such a short period of time.
Jack knew that this girl was going to be a pretty goddamn big part of his life.
After a while, he decided that it was time to call his parents. The brown-haired somnambulist got up and pulled her up.
