Storm remake

The beginning

A dark evil angrily glared at the Star Warriors. Time after time, they had defeated strong demon beasts. He began to get an idea. Maybe if he could make a demon beast in their image, deceptive and cruel but smart, he could get rid of them...

With this idea in mind, he began concentrating on a ball of darkness, straight from the realm of evil. Lots of power went into it, and a creature was carefully crafted. A mistake split it into two. All the more powerful, thought NME. The two creatures fell from the ball. The blue one, a girl, landed on her feet, catching the warp stars. The purple one landed on the blue one, reaching for a weapon. On a closer look, they were puffballs. The purplepuff grabbed two weapons, a lance and a sword. It took to the lance, pointing it at the other beasts crowding the small puffs. The blue one picked up the sword, protecting the warp stars.

NME made sure they didn't hurt anything and that nothing hurt them. He had crafted them carefully, down to the wings. He wanted to be sure they would be able to fight the star warriors. He looked at them, wondering which to test first. Choosing the blue one, he picked her up.

She sensed the evil and immediately seemed to dislike it. NME took note of this, deciding to be careful with her. He put her in a room with targets and such, then pointed at a cage.

A young Star Warrior was asleep. It seemed to have been trying to get out for a while.

The blue puff was give a key and a sword.

"Choose its fate."

She looked at the small warrior, then at the items. Picking up the key and the sword, she hit the cage bars to wake the warrior up.

"Eek!" The warrior jumped, showing what he looked like. He was a small purple creature. Quickly, he made a bomb appear, then he saw the key and the sword.

The blue puff looked up. "You are to duel me. If you win, you go, but if you lose, you stay."

The creature nodded. She let it out of the cage. The creature fought desperately, but in the end, Storm managed to overpower it. She looked at NME.

"Finish him off."

The puff's eyes widened, then narrowed, and she growled, "I will do no such thing. Not as long as there is such a thing as mercy."

NME angrily picked her up. She tried to pull away, but he held her tightly. Then he dropped her in a different room. He got rid of the sasuke star warrior, then left to test the purple puff.

Adter a while, he came back. The blue puff looked up, pure anger in her eyes. Her eyes went a deep blood red. She then said coldly, "You are a monster."

NME just grinned. "And you were made to be one."

The small puff yelped as NME put some sort of dark power into her. She grit her teeth, trying to keep it out, but it was forced in. It would cause huge problems in the future.

NME looked at her. "You're quite the strong warrior, aren't you? I think I should call you Storm."

She angrily spat at him. "Go away."

NME laughed, leaving Storm to try to figure out what that stuff was.

Storm couldn't figure it out. It was there, but so deeply imbedded that it felt like a part of her. She shrugged, deciding it wouldn't be a good idea to try to get it out. Then, she picked up her warp star.

It looked a bit darker, tainted by some kind of dark magic.

She looked at her brother's warp star. It had always been that way. It was growing darker...

Storm sighed, putting the stars back in the corner. She then got an idea. Picking up her warp star, she threw it a small distance. It grew, and she jumped on. It was a bit wobbly at first, but she managed to fly a few circles in the room, which was rather large, thankfully. 

Her brother came by.

"I need my star."

She have him his star, then went back to practicing. He just stared at her. She ended up falling off. However, she was determined. She hopped back on and began practicing some more. Soon, she was really good at it. She could go any direction and stop at any speed at any time without falling off. She sat on her star, looking for something to eat.

She saw some mushrooms in a corner.

"Hm..." She took a small bite of one. "If I'm sick tomorrow, then I'll know this is bad." She then sat on her warp star, falling asleep.
