"first lesson, wake up" Aliyah woke me from what was supposed to be a short powernap. I got up and climbed out the window and followed Aliyah to her cabin. "I think that I could start teaching you some basic thing about this island and tomorrow can you teach me about the people you live with. Sounds great?" she asked, I nodded in agreement and kept walking. We climbed up to her 'treehouse' and sat down. "you look tired, maybe we should start meeting in the daytime?" she asked, "or earlier in the evening?" I answered, "yeah but first tip you get from me is that its important to get enough sleep" she said.

"second thing, important to trust others and respect them. On this island you will meet people from all around the world, some speak Main and some can only speak side.." I interrupted Aliyah "wait, main? And side? What is that?" "ohh ok, main is English, we call it main because it is our communication language, and everyone here have to learn it. Side is every other language in the world, if you speak Norwegian it is called side-norwegain." She explained "but just remember that they who can't speak main take classes to learn it so just show respect and offer to help them."

We spoke for hours about rules and ways to behave, she knew so much about everything and she was so engaged when she spoke. The first lesson come to an end and we just sat still and looked at each other and the stars. The skies were clear, not one single cloud could be seen, the moon was big and bright. "you are a good teacher; do you work as one?" I asked, "I don't take a big part of the community anymore, I live here far away from everyone" she answered. "so, you don't work, have do you get food and clothes" I were curious, she seems so strange "I hunt, I bring food to the leaders whenever I get to much meat or fruit. My father was a part of the leaders, before I got thrown out for the survival trials I had a strong bound with them all." "but if you are going to wake up tomorrow you should probably head back to your cabin" she said and got up.

"when shall we meet tomorrow?" I asked, "just come up here whenever you got time" she answered, "you can find the way back your own?" Aliyah asked "yeah, are you tired?" I said, she looked down and mumble something about catching up to something, I just pretended that I heard her and nodded. I climbed down the tree and turn around to wave at her, but she had already got inside, weird.

Did I say something wrong? Why did she act so strange? I considered to go back to her to check if everything was okay but I am afraid that I am going to fall asleep anytime now. I used the time back home to think about what I were going to teach her tomorrow, I don't really know any one here except my father and Wyatt. Well I should just try to get some sleep and wait to see what tomorrow brings.
