Chapter V

~ Meadow Camila Reinhart POV ~

I looked at Demi with shocked eyes.

"W-what are you talking about?" I stutter. I felt my hands getting sweaty. 

"You know exactly what I am talking about, Don't act like you don't." She said stern. My Hands began to shake. Her stern voice scared me. It made me think about some issues of the past. I felt the pressure getting bigger when every second went by. I lost all my strength and control over my hands and dropped my glass of hot tea over my arm. Shit that was hot. I didn't even scream, because I lost the feeling in my arms. 

"Oh my gosh are you okay?" Demi asked me shocked. I nodded. She looked at my arm. I looked down and saw a light burn on my arm. It was not until I looked at it that it started hurting. It wasn't that bad. I have gone through worse. Demi grabs my hand and leads me to the sink. She puts on the water and holds my arm underneath it. It stings. 

"I'm sorry it wasn't my intention to hurt you in any way." Demi said. I looked at her. I couldn't believe that she was apologising to me instead of me to her.

"It's okay, really. I should be the one apologising. It wasn't even your fault. When someone is mad at me or i'm In a situation like this i just shut down." I said. I look at my feet to avoid and sort of eye contact. Demi looked at me with sympathy.

"Come here, sit with me." Demi asked me. I followed her back to the couch while she cleaned the spilled tea. Eclipse came running down the stairs. She always senses when I'm hurt. In the past she was the one protecting me from the Evil. She came up to me and started licking around the wound. 

"It's okay girl, It's not that bad." I said to Eclipse and pet her head. She stopped licking and laid down at my feet end to stay close. I smiled by feeling her presence. Demi looked at my arm and saw some other scars I wanted to hide from her. I acted like I wasn't paying attention.

"Listen Camila, I'm sorry that I got stern and I know you have been through things you don't want or can't tell me yet. But, I am here to help you and to support you no mather what, but I do need to ask.. Why where you looking at me and Lauren?" She asked me sweetly this time. I felt calmer. It felt.. Good the way she wanted to help me. No one has ever done that before.

"I am so sorry." tears started to form in my eyes. "I've dealt with a lot of shit. I can't tell a lot about it now, but I am struggling with everything in my life including my sexuality. I never liked guys. I had some boyfriends. Let's say that they where never good to me. Some of them made these scars." I said while tears where flowing down like river. I look down at my arm and saw little scars of cigarets, scarp objects and just his fists. Demi had tears in her eyes as well. She rubbed my back as I told my story.

"I heard you guys talk and noticed this hole in the wall. And from one thing came another and I couldn't stop looking.. I'm just so confused about myself. I've been damaged from inside and out and I don't  know better than what I did was normal in my situation. I am really so so sorry." I said. Demi wipes her tears away including mine. She grabbed my hands and rubbed them softly.

"I promise it will all be okay sweetheart. I am here to help." She said with a genuine smile on her face. I gave her a weak smile "This was enough for one day. You can tell me anything and everything whenever you are ready." She said while giving me a big hug. It made me smile.

"Thank you Demi." I said and smiled. "Now, I will forgive you for what you did last night. I won't tell Lauren or anyone. But, I will help you to figure out what you like and love on my way. Deal?" What did she mean by that? I looked at her with a shocked face. 

"Are you willing to do that for me?" I asked. She nodded.

"Ofcourse! I'd do anything for my new sister." She said and hugged me again. I smiled. I really meant the world to me that she said that.
