As soon as I got home, I texted him. Hey. I pressed SEND and gripped my phone tightly, waiting for a response. When my phone buzzed, my face lit up and I struggled with the passcode. It was just a forward from my friend. "Mother f-" I stopped when my door opened suddenly.

"Cammie? I made chocolate cake. Want some?" It was my mom. I just LOVE chocolate cake. So I slid my phone in my pocket and followed her downstairs. The smell was wafting throughout the house and I could practically taste it now.

My mom handed me a fork and a plate with a large slice on it. She gestured for me to sit down. So I did. She sat down across from me. "How was the party?" she asked in between mouthfulls. I shrugged and finished chewing. "Nothing important. Pretty stupid." I answered nonchalantly.

I was like, dying inside because I wanted to scream out to the world that Harry Styles walked me out to my Punch Buggy and exchanged numbers with me. But I couldn't. That's totally childish. More childish than my car.

And I didn't want to really tell my mom.. Oh well. "Well, actually, I met this guy there. Nothing really. He's pretty cute. And he's super nice. He's an old friend of Heather's, too." I said. My mom beamed. "Ooh! What's his name? Is he tall? Oh, I can't wait to meet him!" she exclaimed.

I sat back in my chair. "Mom, I just met him! And I don't even know if he likes me back. His name is Harry." I said casually, as if his name had no important. In which it DID. My mom smiled at me. "Harry what?" she asked.

I sighed. "Styles. Harry Styles." I answered. She raised an eyebrow. "Hmm.. Harry Styles. You know, that name seems familiar. Where have I heard that name before!?" she said. I shrugged. "I don't know. I gotta go." I said as I shoved the last piece in my mouth. I dropped the dishes into the sink and ran up to my room so I could check my phone.

And what do ya know, one text message from Harry Styles.
