Luna pov

As the sunrise sets, I am out taking a morning stroll through the forest near my house. There should be more peaceful mornings like these. And not like yesterday where I woke up to the sound of the vacuum sucking all the peace from my life.

The thought of how many trees there are in the world occurs in my head while jogging further.
Must be a lot of trees.

As I concentrate and actually try to picture all the trees in the world, I feel something stopping me from jogging further. A big, brown tree is what I am crashing against. Must've been the tree I forgot to picture.

I feel the piercing pain shooting through my body, especially my nose. Is my nose bleeding? I stumble back from the impact, my head spins, and my nose feels like it is about to break off. I hold my nose with two fingers.

I can't hold myself up anymore, my balance is failing me. The next thing I know I'm falling down. My eyes are closed, but I certainly can't feel that I hit the ground. Did I fall through the ground?

Slowly I feel myself becoming conscious again. I can  feel that i'm lying on a hard surface. My eyes slowly open. It's dark. I blink a few times, adjusting my eyes to the darkness and slowly sit myself up. This is a stone ground, and it certainly does not feel like one of those indoor stone floors.

I lift my gaze and I see a pair of curious eyes staring right at me. It's dark but not dark enough for me to not see what's around me. My eyes widen and my heart starts to hammer in my chest. Who is that? And where am I?

I crawl backwards, panic running through my blood. I swallow hard. The pair of eyes crawl after me in the same pace as I am backing away.

A wall stops me. I can't go further. I let out a small yelp. I'm done for. What even is this place? My look falls to the ground.

"How did you get here?" A voice most likely belonging to a young man, questions. The eyes' voice.

He comes closer. I can make out his features now. Wow he definitely is not ugly- okay that's not the point right now, Luna.

"I-I don't know", I manage to squeak out. I'm shaking.

"What do you mean 'you don't know'?", he asks confused, furrowing his brows.

"Um well I crashed against a tree-", I try to explain, but he cuts me off.

"A what?", he asks genuinely confused, as if he has never heard of a tree in his life before. Does this boy really not know what a tree is? Or is he just pretending and trying to make a fool out of me?

"You've never heard of a tree?"
