You wake up and crawl out of bed. It was still kind of early to get up and ready for work. Today you had to go into the office which was a rare occasion but you weren't going to complain. The days that you were called into the office, you got paid double for. It was well worth it. You head and take a bath. When you were done with your bath, you head back into the bedroom and noticed that Miia was awake.
"Are you going into the office today for work?" Miia asks.
"Yes unfortunately." you reply hating leaving her home and not being next to her.
"Can I come? I would really like to see what you do there and learn why your job is so hard." Miia says.
"Let me call my boss and see if he will allow it." you tell her.
You step outside the room and dial your boss knowing that he is already at the office.
"Ahhh (F/N). How may I help you today?" your boss says.
"I have a favor to ask Mr. Matsaki. Would you mind if my girlfriend comes in with me today and learn what I do?" you ask.
"Sure no problem. It would be interesting to have one of the girls from the creature species here." Mr. Matsaki says.
"I will see you soon then." you say and hang up.
You walk back into the bedroom where Miia was waiting for a response.
"He said that you are more then welcome to come along. Just behave and if we are in a meeting please be quiet." you say.
Miia squeals and hurries to get a bath in before you both have to take off. You hurry up and make sure everything is in your briefcase and grab your laptop putting it into a carrying bag. Miia comes out a few minutes later wearing a nice blouse and skirt.
"Are you ready to go?" you ask her.
"Let's get going shall we?" She says.
You both leave the house saying goodbye to the other girls and enter a vehicle that the company sent to pick you both up. It takes about twenty minutes to get there. You both exit the car once there and thank the driver for picking you up. You hand him ten dollars for the ride as appreciation. You ask Miia to follow you. You lead the way to a conference room. You both enter and take a seat while people start coming in. Eventually your boss and head of the company come in. Once everyone is seated Matsaki starts to speak.
"Thank you everyone for coming. We have gathered the board together to discuss about the future of the company. I have also brought my top employee and his girlfriend as guests to this meeting. The first topic I would like to discuss is the declining of income that the company is making. Our profit is fifty thousand less then last year's at this point of the year. We need to do something to fix that." Mr. Matsaki says.
He points at a projector screen with a clicker and charts pop up on it. It shows the profit over the years and some of the accounting information on it. You see Miia go stiff and look over at her. She seems to be studying the charts closely. Mr. Matsaki was about to start talking when Miia spoke up. You flinch thinking she has bad timing. Everyone looks at her to hear what she has to say.
"If I may? I think I have some solutions to help." Miia says with a cautious but firm tone.
"Go ahead Mrs. Miia" Mr. Matsaki says staring at her and listening closely to her.
"First your accounting is off. You are paying more on taxes then what is needed. That will help to cut back on costs. Also slowing down on supplies a little will help. You are buy more supplies then what you are using. Second, you don't need to buy equipment every year such as computers and laptops. Just upgrade the software periodically. Companies get discounts buying upgraded software in bulk for their computers and laptops. That will save hundreds if not thousands of dollars each year. Only buy new computers and laptops every five years instead of each year. Third you have to pay each employee differently. Base their pay off their work progress. That should help. Fourth and final thing is prioritize which jobs are more important and slow down on how much workloads you take on. If you get the jobs done ahead of time you can ask for bonuses on completing them early. Less workloads might seem like less income but you will make more being able to finish jobs ahead of time and collecting the bonus from it." Miia says.
Everyone looks at her in astonishment. They all nod in agreement.
"Well seems like you know what you are doing. How would you like a job here? We have a spare office that we can setup for both you and (L/N). You both can work here in an office." Mr. Matsaki asks.
Miia looks at you.
"Do you want to do that (F/N)?" She asks you.
"I am up for it. We will always be with each other and can work making a combined income for bills." you say.
"I accept your offer Mr. Matsaki" Miia says.
"Good. I can have you start tomorrow. You have a smart and intelligent woman (F/N). She is a keeper for sure. I will see you both tomorrow at nine in the morning. Meeting dismissed." Mr. Matsaki says.
Everyone gets up and leaves. You both head down to head home when a young secretary appears in front of you.
"Can I help you?" you ask her.
"Mr. Matsaki says to hand you these car keys. He said it is for the car that you can have. It's made for monsters to be able to ride in it." she says handing you a set of car keys.
"Thank you Ma'am" you say while taking the car keys.
You both head out to the parking garage and you hit the button on the remote. A nice looking beeps and lights up. You both head over to it and look to see the make of it. You see the symbol on the hood of it and couldn't believe your boss would give you a car as expensive as it was for free. It was a Mazda RX-7 and looked like it had been tuned up. You open the passenger side door and sure enough it was set to accommodate Miia. You both hop in and head home. Once home you slowly pull into the driveway. You both get out and enter the house. The other girls were surprised to see you both home early. You told them about the car. When Kimihito heard the word car he came out of the kitchen to investigate. You slowly explain everything and everyone is happy that Miia has a job. You take everyone outside for them to admire the car. While everyone is admiring the car, you smile and kiss Miia happy that both of you will have a good paying job and can setup for a future together.
