You wake up sweating you look at your phone to see that is 3 in the morning you go to Window and crack it a little

You take your shorts off leaving you in a tank top and your panties you get back in bed to hear music from next apartment over

Really this shit again" you say getting up and rolling your eyes

You put your shorts back on and you pink slides and walk to your next door neighbor

You knock on the door three times but no answer you were about to knock on it again till Derek your neighbor open the door Only in shorts

Derek can you please turn the music down a little I have work tomorrow and I need some sleep" you say rolling your eyes and putting your hands on your hips

I'll turn it down ma" he says leaning on the door frame licking his lips

And don't call me ma" you say walking away with some sass

You walk back to your place and go to your room you take your shorts off you lay in bed trying to find a good  position

NEXT DAY

You do your morning routine after that you start getting dress (your outfit)

You grab you car keys and your purse you lock your door behind you you start to walk you pass Derek's and the door opens you look at him he was wearing this

You roll your eyes and keep walking you could feel him staring at your ass you walk further away from him

AT WORK

You finish your papers you take a sip of your coffee then walk to your bosses office

You knock on the door

Come in" your boss says

You walk in to see Derek you were shook probably because I'm new you thought in your head

You put one of your curlys behind your ear you look at him then hand him the paper work

He takes it and starts to read the paper work

Y/n this is really good" he say looking up at you

Are you just saying that because we are neighbors and you like me" you say

Nope you really put your heart in this" he say licking his lips

Thank you" you say about to walk out

Wait y/n I was wondering if you want to go out sometime" he say walking over to you

Yeah" you say turning around smiling

AFTER WORK

You kick off your heels as you walk to your room changing in to something more comfortable

You hear a knock at your door you walk door as you look through the peep hole to see Derek

You unlock the door to see him smiling at you

Come in" you say walking to the couch

He walks in and locks the door behind him

He takes off his jacket you see his elbow tattoos

I like your tats" you say pointing to it

Thanks ma" he says

So what did you want " you say breaking the silence

Uh I just wanted to see my babygirl" he says sitting  next to you

Derek do you want to watch a movie and eat some food" you say getting up

Sure Babygirl want ever you want" he says

Ok you walk to the kitchen and see a family size Doritos you put it in a big bowl then go to the frigerator you see to sprit you pour it in two glass cups

You feel a hand wrap around your curves you look back to see Derek looking at you smiling

He helps you by caring the bowl of Doritos you grab the glasses then sit down

You guys watch reruns of Martin you look over at Derek he was laughing you were sleep as hell you taped Derek

Uh ma" he says looking at you

I'm sleepy" you say laying you head on his shoulder

Ok bye ma" he says getting up

Derek uh can you um leave me some company" you say looking down

Sure no probably ma " he says smiling showing his dimples

You walk to your room inviting Derek in

You lay down you see Derek take his shirt off exposing his tone abs

You lick your lips but then look away as he was about to turn around

Derek got in the bed you fell asleep quickly

The next day
You woke up to feel a strong arm around your torso you look back to see Derek

You were about to get up till he pulled you and u landed on top of him he open his eyes then kiss your cheek
