Dr.Wells X Reader (Part One)

Suddenly the door behind him opened and Cisco was struck over the head. He saw the same happen (Y/N) , her grabbing her head and falling to the feet of none other then the Reverse Flash himself. It all went black.
Cisco groggily woke up, raising his arm to rub his pounding head before something stopped him. He looked down to see his hands and feet were bound to a chair. He looks around the dimly lit room, not seeing anything that really stands out before noticing something that catches his eye. Over on a table there is a photo of Dr. Wells.
"Wow, I knew the guy was rich but damn this is a nice house", Cisco thought out loud. Panic quickly swarmed over him when he remembered all that happened.
"(Y/N)!!", he screamed. He kept screaming her name until the lights flickered on and there stood the Reverse Flash in front of him. 
"Why are you doing this? What do you want with us? Where's Wells?", Cisco has so many questions but Reverse just laughed and shook his head before unmasking himself. Before a shocked Cisco stood Dr. Harrison Wells. His idol, his boss, his father figure. The one person he trusted most and gave his life to was standing before him as a criminal, the one who killed Barry's mom.
"Hello Cisco", he said with a smirk, "I'm sure you're wondering what you're doing here, right? Well Cisco, you've betrayed my trust. The one room I told you not to go into, you went into. You fornicated in there. You spoke to Gideon. You revealed the future. You found out a secret that was not yet ready to be uncovered and yet you sit here shocked that it was me. And to think, I once thought of you like a son, and an intellect of my level. I was wrong", he said pacing slowly in front of him before stopping in front of Cisco to speak once more, " And, for that, you and your lover cannot be released. Besides I have plans for miss (Y/N)".
Cisco started to sweat, "What kind of plans?"
Wells smirked again, "Well I've grown quite fond of her. She's beautiful, she's talented, but she was foolish. For two different reasons. She allowed you to go into a secret room. I don't know about you but if I saw a door less room that required a hand scan in order to get in, I would assume I'm not supposed to be in there. And for two, she chose you over me. I gave her a life, a career, a place to stay and she's the first person I've truly let into my heart ever since Tess died. So today she's going to learn the extent of my love. See who she likes better then." Cisco was sobbing at this point, "Oh god what are you going to do to her?",  he laughed again, "I'm going to treat her like a man should. Let's face it Cisco, I'm better looking, I'm smarter, I'm faster and stronger, I'm wealthier, and to be quite honest just look at you. You're a childish slob."
They both turned when they heard a groan and the sound of chains rattling.
Harrison turned back to Cisco. "She's up", he winked and walked off while Cisco screamed and cried begging him not to touch her and threatening him. Moments later he came back with a crying (Y/N) and threw her on his couch, cuffing the chain to the leg of it. He looked down at her, smiling creepily. "This is gonna be fun".
