It was me. It was actually me who got harassed.

What happened?

Did he achieve what he wanted?

Who bashed him?

Did someone save me?

I feel my stomach tighten and the nauseas feeling returns. I stop in my tracks and take deep breaths. I feel uneasy knowing that I’ve been forcefully touched just last night. I can’t imagine the things he would’ve done to me. And I’m not sure if I’m happy that I don’t remember or not.

“Cecilia, you okay?” Amy asks making her way towards me once she’s realized that I stopped walking. I can’t seem to find my voice so I shake my head to answer her.

“What’s wrong?” Bryce asks, concern filling his voice. I look up at the three of them. Theirs eyes stare intently at me and I can’t push away the thought that just this morning they lied to me about being touched and harassed.

“It was me.” I breathe out. The three of them look at each other confused before turning back to me, their eyebrows furrowed together.

“Could you be a little more specific?” Amy asks, I can hear a little sarcasm laced in her voice.

“Damien,” I say looking deeply into their eyes at a time. “It was me that he harassed not you.” I point at Amy. Their breath hitches and I know I have caught them on the spot in their lies.

“Cc we didn’t want you to know.” Bryce says softly and I scoff.

“How could you keep it from me? It was me, my body that was being touched, don’t you think telling me is the right thing to do?”

“Well not in a circumstance like that we didn’t think you would.” Harry says calmly.

“How badly was I touched? Do you know?” I ask after a pause.

“He didn’t get far, I came just in time.” Bryce tells me. “You were begging him to stop but he wouldn’t, you were so intoxicated that even he knew you wouldn’t remember so he didn’t care.”

I feel tears form and I have to bite my tongue to stop them from falling. I can’t even process all this.

“So he just stopped when he saw you come in or?”

“Yeah he did and us three took you back to the dorms and that’s it.” Bryce finishes. Well a little bit of relief fills me knowing that it wasn’t as bad as what I thought but I was still touched in a way that no girl should’ve been.

“Are you sure that’s it?” I ask making sure they aren’t keeping any more details from me.

“We are sure.” Amy confirms.  I nod and wrap my arms around my small body. I feel so frail and intimidated now knowing someone had that power over me.

“Hey, don’t worry okay? We sorted him out.” Amy winks, smirking her famous smirk.

“I’m guessing that explains the bruises on his face then?” I raise an eyebrow.

“That was all Harry.” Bryce chuckles uncomfortably and I can’t help wonder why. I look at Harry who just smiles showing his dimples off.

“Thanks Harry you didn’t need to do that.” I say, giggling.

“Well it wasn’t right.” He replies, shrugging,

After lunch we return to our dorm. Amy and Harry flop themselves on to her bed while Bryce and I do the same on mine. We lay there for ages staring up at the ceiling, none of us saying a word.
