"Are you ready to make a move, babe?"

Looking up from my mirror, I saw Luke standing by my bed, his hands shoved in his pockets as he rocked on the balls of his feet. I smiled at the sight of him, his looked flawless in black jeans and his red checkered flannel. His blonde hair was sticking up in all different directions and it was more than obvious he had only just gotten up and chucked on his clothes. I was just finishing off the remainders of my make up when I had drifted into a daydream, not noticing him coming back into my room from using the bathroom.

"Two minutes." I told him, directing my eyes back to my makeup bag.

I remember the day that I met Luke Hemmings. At first, I thought he was completely mad, like he'd escaped from a mental home and had trespassed into my father's home. Although I wanted to get away from him as quick as possible, there was a part of me that wanted to be in his company. His captivating ocean blue eyes staring into mine with a massive goofy smile hanging on his face, I was speechless. He intrigued me to say the least and I definitely hadn't seen anyone quite like him before.

Well, thats what I thought until I met his three best friends and my opinion on him changed. Next to those three, he was completely sane.

"We're off now Mum." I called as we'd gone downstairs. I popped my head into the kitchen to see her flapping around in the kitchen, getting flustered over making breakfast for her new husband who she had married just three weeks ago.

"Alright honey," She paused from her busying to come over to me and pull me into a bone-snapping hug, "I will be there too later on!"

Ever since she had found Iain, she had been more affectionate towards me, she was always a loving mother but after her and dad split, she had been distant until Iain came along and brought her back. I had noticed the glow she had back on her face and the smile that was never ending. I loved seeing how happy my mum was again.

"Alright," I smiled, "And if I don't see you remember I'm staying with the boys tonight."

"I remember. Good luck tonight, Luke, I'm sure I'll see you tomorrow to say goodbye." She smiled weakly, pulling him into a hug too. I could see he was shocked at the action but hugged her back as soon as he got over it. My mum and Luke had grown close over the couple of months Luke had been here and she knew how good for me he was. It was just a shame that would all be ending in 24 hours.

We went out to Luke's car that was sitting behind Mum's car in the drive. Like the gentleman he was, Luke held the passenger seat door open for me and I got inside after a quick peck on his cheek. He slid over the bonnet of the car, sending me a wink as he hopped off on his side making me giggle to myself. He was such a show off at times. He got into the driver's seat of his car and started it up.

"You're such a show off." I told my thoughts.

"You only have one life so live it." He shrugged, reversing out of the drive to my house. I rolled my eyes when I saw he hadn't put on his seatbelt. He was a reckless driver and I'd lost count of the amount of times I had told him to put on his seatbelt.

"Luke," I hissed, "Seatbelt!"

"Shit, sorry." He cursed, panicking to quickly pull his belt over his body as he knew the lecture he would get from me about that. I smiled contently when I heard the little click of the belt and sat back in my seat to enjoy the small journey to the boys' flat. As he drove, his hand found it's place on my bare thigh, it was something he would do everytime he was driving. It was just his small gesture of affection towards me when he couldn't give me his full attention. He'd do it also when we were at dinners and was talking to someone else. It was like he was telling me that he knew I was still there and he hadn't forgotten about me.

"I'm gonna miss having you around to tell me off about that." His voice broke the silence. It had been a couple of minutes since we had left my house but he was only just saying it now. He was more than likely having a debate in head whether it was the right thing to say. He knew how touchy I was at the mention of him leaving tomorrow.

"You'll remember. Just think of me every time you get into your car." I giggled quietly, watching as the small smile tugged at his lips.

"It won't just be then I'll be thinking of you, it'll be all the time." He told me, taking his eyes off the road for a moment or two to look at me. I smiled weakly at him, placing my hand on top of his and sliding my fingers through his.

"Let's not talk about that. It's our last full day together and I don't want either of us to be upset." I said softly so he knew I wasn't mad at him for bringing it up. I knew if we spoke of it, I would end up crying and it would ruin the little time we had left together.

"I'm sorry." He sighed, looking frustrated and I knew that was at himself.

"Don't be. Luke, it's okay." I reassured him. He shot me a small smile but I knew it was forced. I left it there, once again, now wanting this to turn into something negative on our last day.

"I was wondering when you two were going to show up!"

I closed the car door and stood on my tiptoes to peer over the top of it to see the other three boys by the door. I beamed and waved frantically at them. It was hard not to be happy around these boys.

"What the hell? Were you watching out the window for us to show up or something?" Luke scoffed, opening the boot of his car to get out both our bags. Luke's from last night and mine for tonight.

"Yeah but don't get too excited, it was Sapphire we wanted to see." Calum smirked and I giggled as I skipped over to them as they stood ready for hugs.

"I get a hug first because Saffy likes me most." Michael said, pushing the other two out the way and pulling me into a hug before any of the others could say anything. 'Saffy' was the nickname Michael has given me almost straight away, it was ridiculous and adorable at the same time.

"Who said she likes you most?" Ashton barked back jokingly, pulling Michael off me and hugging me tighter, "I give the best hugs."

"The fuck you do!" Calum shouted, being the last to hug me.

"Calum, that word! Cuts like a knife." I groan, putting my hands over my ears. I hated swearing, I could handle subtle ones but anything too much and I cringed. The boys knew that but sometimes found it hard to watch their mouths.

"Sorry, Saf." He chuckled.

"You know, all three of you lose. I'm her boyfriend so if anyone here is her favourite, that would me." Luke grinned, putting his arm around my shoulders and leading me inside. I giggled as I heard the boys outside grumbling to themselves.

I couldn't describe how much I was going to miss being around these boys. After two months of being in their company almost everyday, it was going to be hard to be away from them and not see them at all.
