"oh hey!" jihye smiled. their eyes met and they stared at each other for about 30 seconds when she broke away to get stuff out of her locker.
"i-i needa tell you something," and at the corner of his eyes he could see felix jumping up and down. what a kid. he thought.
"yeah?" she locked her locker and looked at him. the way she smiled, her eyes smiling together, the way her lips curled upwards and her dimples flashing, caused him to get even more anxious than he already was.
he took a deep breath and blurred out the words he'd been meaning to say for the longest time,
