"They tryna pin Deyjah boyfriend murder on me man , i didn't do it . I was in Cleveland "

2 months in jail , I sit waiting for my trial. Deyjah sits on the other side of this cold glass with my daughter.

I didn't do this shit. It's getting hard in here but I keep my head up they have no fucking evidence and I have a alibi so why am i here.

I left the jail in tears , life is so hard and i just feel like my back is against the wall and I'm being tested , why me ?

With Bryson death and now my baby father is in jail , I have no one but Tamara to help me out but she has SiSi to worry about.

DEYJAH

I got home and my house was spotless and food was cooking. i heard two women giggling and laughing.

My mom and Ma Leslie was in my kitchen.

"Baby you're home finally , where is Liyah?" My mom asked

"School. What are y'all doing here?"

"Tez thought it was best that we step in and help out cause you have been stressed out with him in jail and Bryson dead you need someone."

" STOP! Stop bringing up Bryson people just refer to that so lightly like it means nothing , I LOVED HIM."

"He was my whole life." I broke down my knees became weak and I fell to the floor crying my eyes out

They came over and consoled me. I couldn't help but cry. I was with Tez again and he is my world but Bryson meant just as much.

Tez was in jail and away from me when I needed him the most and when he said never come see him again it hurt me.

My mom fed me and made me get sleep , I haven't been able to sleep peacefully for 2 months now.

I set an alarm cause I knew it would be time to get Liyah soon. I drifted off to sleep after a while.

I heard giggling downstairs, I jumped up after i seen that i was late picking Jaliyah up. I ran downstairs while pulling up my leggings.

" mommy , mommy Grandpa is cheating in uno." I let out a sigh of relief and mouthed thanks to my mom

I sat with them. "Lemme tell you how to beat pop pop. I know all his tricks."

TEZ

Today my court hearing was finally happening. I had all my family here and with the evidence my lawyer had I knew i would be getting out of this.

I looked over and Liyah was sleep on Dry cheek and Deyjah had a look of worry in her face.

I love her and I'm never letting her out of my life again , I fucked up one to many times and I'm grown now , I know exactly what i want , it's her , it's always gonna be her .

Court went on forever my lawyer and Bryson lawyer was going back and forth it was looking good for me , I had hope.

"Case 7845016 , Le'Tez Carter V. Miami Judicial Court. You've been charged with murder and with an lack of evidence and Mr.Carter strong alibi ... he is not gulity." Everyone rejoiced and the judge hit her gavel

"I see it that Mr.Carter will be released with all charges dismissed , court dismissed." I jumped up and down and dapped my lawyer up

Deyjah came around with Liyah in her arms. I took her out and hoisted her up and she woke up and gasped .

"DADDY!" her eyes lit and that made a nigga eyes water and tears fell , real nigga tears.

I grabbed Dey face and kissed her lips.

"I love you , I'm never letting you go again." She smiled

"Come on , we going home." The whole family came back to the crib we had a celebration

Dee and Lyssa was able to come and join us they have been sticking out and little does Alyssa know but Dee wanna propose.

Me and my boy might not see each other everyday but I keep in touch.

We had fun that night , everyone needed to just let loose anyway .
