New girl in town

1000 years later

After what felt like forever I had finally found myself in the town full of hidden secrets, Mystic Falls. I rolled my eyes as I passed the sign as this was not my first time back here I had no problem finding a place to stay. The Salvatores.

Of course, they had no idea of my arrival but me being a dear friend of there's sure they'll let a girl in, plus I have a feeling they have something to do with Katherine's disappearance.

As I approach the boarding house I can hear shouting and I instantly realised it was Damon and Stefan.

I enter the house without knocking and the boys still haven't noticed me. I clear my throat annoyed that I had been ignored.

"Um excuse me the queen has arrived so where are my hugs, "I say expectingly at the Salvatore's. Damon simply rolled his eyes but Stefan gave me a smile full of joy and gave me a firm embrace.

"I have missed you so much Cella but this really isn't the time" Stefan smiles before going into a daydream with his brooding face.

"Oh look what the Kat dragged in and by cat I mean Katherine as clearly you're only here for her," Damon says glaring at me.

"Clearly your mad about me lying to you about Katherine but it was for the greater good, I mean come on you can't blame me blood is thicker than water, "I say caressing my finger down Damon's chest seductively. His crystal-like eyes swam into mine as he lovingly stared helplessly at me.

"Damon we have important things to get to," Stefan says angrily but I could see the desperation in his eyes.

"What have the SalvaBORE brothers gotten themselves into," I say annoyed that they were leaving me.

"One do not call us the SalvaBORE brothers, I am anything but a bore" Damon flirts before winking and doing his weird lip thing. I rolled my eyes jokingly as he pouts after lacking to gain my attention.

"Two we don't have time for this Damon we need to rescue Elena" Stefan practically pleads.

"By any chance is this Elena my niece" I whisper now scared that my family was in danger. Tatia's descendants were all I have left and you better believe I would fight for them.

"Yes now let's go you can meet her," Damon says boredly before dragging me (though I was willing to walk)into his car.

"I did not sign up for Being in an uncomfortable back seat whilst being forced to listen to two baby vamp bros bonding"I yell annoyed. Though their charms and good looks had remained frozen in time there maturity and fun levels had aged with there human selves.

"Cella, why do you always have to be so dramatic?" Damon laughs though the smile never reached his eyes. In my very long life, I've figured out how to read people's emotions with just there actions. By what I've seen on the brothers this would definitely be a Katerina 2.0 situation.

After what felt like hours we had arrived in this solitary mansion that sat alone in an abandoned field. As I stepped out of the rust bucket of car memory fled to me in this exact location. I was just a young vampire in love and on the run with Kol.

It had been two weeks since we had left mystic falls and we had made it here. This is where we were going to set up our own kingdom...

1000 years ago

"Kol, my darling I think it's time we stop running and we settle down here," I say lovingly into his eyes. Our relationship had advanced marvellously since we had become demons of the night and this is the best thing that had come from all of this.

"That's a great idea darling" he replied sweetly. I kissed him gently before jumping with excitement.

1 year later

It was finally done our kingdom had been built, wooden so if we ever needed to leave there would not be a trace left of us. Travellers and settlers had joined our little kingdom which made it 100% times easier to get to my food. Kol truly did like to indulge in the blood and why not he's the king of this place and I'm his queen.

"Kol I love you" I whispered into his ear lovingly. He span around in a flash and gave me a mischievous look which I returned with a confused look. Suddenly I was on top of our home in Kol's arms.

"I love you too darling" he whispered before leaving small kisses all over my neck. If only we had known that one fateful storm would ruin our happiness...

Present

"Cella, come here it's rescue time" Damon whisper yelled aggressively. I hugged back before rushing to his side.

There's no time like the present I guess...
