Chapter 4-Homecoming & Troubles

Rosemary's POV

I woke up and remembered that I was in Zed house. I looked on the right and saw the mattress empty, grabbing my jacket, beanie, and I put on my shoes. Going downstairs I see Zoey and Zed.

"Zed your girlfriend is at the door." I blush at what Zoey said and Zed looks his eyes up.

"Rose, your awake. Do you want some food?"

"No, I'm fine thank you. Why aren't you at school?"

"Coach had me go back home but we can go together."

"Yes let's. Just let me tell Zoey something first." I walk closer to Zoey and kneel down to her.

"Don't ever let someone change yourself because your a zombie. Like you said in your cheer last night, your cute and your yourself. It's the best you can be and if you want to be a cheerleader then go ahead be what you want to be, don't give up on your dreams Zoey. You'd be surprised how far you get can get if you keep believing."

Zed smiles and I get up. Zed takes my hand and I admire inside the House before walking outside of it. We walked outside and saw Eliza and Bonzo, they had their mouth open wide when they saw me.

"Hi Eliza, Bonzo."

"Ja?"

"No buddy, she slept over and she needed a friend."

"A really good friend apparently." I looked at Eliza and she smiles,"Your two do look good together."

"Ja."

"Thanks buddy. It's time I got her home. We will see you at the Homecoming Game."

I was at school, Bucky grabbed my elbow and dragged me on the side of the hallway.

"Where were you? When I came to call you for dinner your window was open in your bedroom."

"I was out...with Addison."

"We're you? That's funny because she found your phone dropped on her sidewalk."

"Bucky, I don't know what your implying."

"Rose, you disappear for hours and you don't come back. You lie about where your going."

"Bucky, we have a game to win, if you'll excuse me."

I walked pass him and went to the gym and saw Addison and Bree practicing for the game.

"Rose! We were worried about you. We had to say you were sleeping over at Bree's house."

"Thanks I appreciate it."

The practice was in silence and I couldn't even take any other feeling. As I saw the Aceys doing something on the laptop, I gasp and realized it was Eliza's laptop. They were doing to their z-bands! I sneaked up on them and took the laptop.

"ROSEMARY COME BACK HERE!"
I ran as fast as I could and then bumped into someone.

"Eliza, Eliza!" I shouted, ignoring the figure that I happened to bump into.

"Whoa calm down, calm down Rosemary. What is it, and why do you have Eliza's laptop?"

"Zed, tell me you didn't swipe right on your Z-Band."

"I swiped right once but nothing bad happened, Rose relax you worry too much. Here I'll take the laptop to Eliza. Do you want to come with me to practice? You seem very tense." I nod my head and we hold hands, not caring anymore if people were watching us.

Once Eliza got her laptop, we both sat at the top of the bench, she was looking at something on her laptop.

"How many more times will Zed keep hacking his Z-Band?" I asked curiously.
