Chapter 6-Block Party, BAMM

{1 Month Later}
Rosemary's POV

Bree, Addison, and I started getting ready for the Block Party in Zombietown. Addison's Mom came in and handed me my dress that she had sewn for me since there was a hole in it.

"You girls gonna be ready soon?"

"Yes Mom, don't worry. Zombietown isn't far away if we miss the ride."

"Actually Auntie I need to do something first but you all can go ahead. I will be there shortly." Addison helps wit my hair, letting the green color part showing. She gives me the small box that I had in my locker and I gasp. Addison's and Bree gush over it and Bree help me put it on. Zed got me a necklace with his Z and a heart in gold. God it's so beautiful, gosh I've missed Zed so much.

It's been a whole month since I ever got near him. Seen him in school, at lunch, in some classes, and usually outside the bedroom window of Addison's house. The fact was that this was tearing me up inside was the worst kind of feeling. Zed knows and I hope he doesn't forget me. Call me cliché but this is the type of girl I am, plus he hasn't really taken me out on a real date as of yet. Can't wait for another day for that day.

After putting on my dress I smile and put on my sneakers. Addison and Bree looked at me.

"What? I don't like heels. They hurt my foot."

"You be you Rose. You be you."

"See you soon!" I wave and hugged them.

I walked to the Pet Store and smiled. Walking in I saw a few puppies, deciding a certain German would be fine for Zoey.

"Excuse me? May I have that little German please?"

"Why yes of course. You want to sign the papers and we shall have her ready for you?"

"That'll be nice."

I smile and followed the employee and signed the papers for the puppy. They gave me the puppy and I held it in my hand, headed to Zombietown.

When I reached Zombietown, I sigh and walked inside. Everyone smiled at me and I smile back. I saw Addison and Bree with Eliza and Bonzo. They walked over to me and gasp at the little puppy that was in my arms.

"She's cute. Zoey will love her." Bree complimented. I smiled and Zed came over since it seemed like a small group was forming around me.

"Zoey will most definitely love her." I smiled a little. I turned to Addison.

"Has Bucky come yet?" She nods her head and Zed stands next to Addison. I look at him and smile a little,"I should go give Zoey her new puppy."

Zed leads the way and I see Zoey playing with her pet toy.

"Zoey, look what Rose got you." I smile and she gasps.
