RyderAfter I had grabbed my shoes from upstairs and my bag from the hall table I left Jamie's house saying a quick bye. I jogged the way to my house down the street and pushed the door open.
'Im home.' I shouted as I ran upstairs and threw my bag on my bed and kicked my shoes off.
'We are in the living room.' I heard a faint voice say from downstairs.
I remembered I got homework and grabbed it out my bag.
I might be a badass, but I refuse to be a dumb badass like Jamie.
I ran downstairs and into the living room where my mum, dad and sister sat. My house wasn't as tidy as Jamie's but it had the same homely feel to it.
I plonked my self on the lazy boy and put all my books on my lap ready to do my math homework.
'Where were you after school today,Ryder?' Asked my little sister.
'I was at my friends house across the street.' I told her.
My sister was only six but she, as well as the rest of my family, looked very similar to each other.
We all had dark brown hair, apart from my mum, who has long dirty blonde hair. We have dark green eyes that people say are haunting but attractive and we are all naturally slim and tall.
'You don't have any friends across the street.' She said confused.
'Thats because I just made a friend today.' I told her, as I realised my parents were now staring at me too, waiting for more information about my new friend.
'A girl?' Maddie asked me.
'Yes a girl.' I told her as I started to open my book.
'Whats her name?' She asked, getting more and more curious.
'You're just little Miss Noisy tonight, aren't you!' I chucked.
She stuck out her tongue and looked back at the t.v that looked to be playing spongebob.
My mum was knitting like usual and my dad was typing away on his laptop, probably something to do with his work.
I got back to my maths and done the page on algebra that my teacher had given me.
Maths didn't bother me and even better, algebra was easy. I was done in about fifteen minutes.
As I packed my stuff away and checked my phone, it was quarter to ten.
'Isn't it well past your bed time Miss Maggie?' I asked her as she rubbed her eyes.
My mum and dad must have not realised the time.
'Oh gosh, yup Maggie. Right up to bed, I didn't realise it was this late.'
Maggie muttered an okay as she jumped of the sofa and hugged my mum and dad goodnight.
'Come on, Mags. I'll tuck you in.' I said as I shoved all my books in one hand and lifted her to my side.
I carried her up the stairs and to her room, placing her down on her bed carefully.
She was all ready In her strawberry pyjamas so she climbed under her covers and lay there as I turned on her bedside light.
'What was the girls name?' She asked quietly. I laughed a little before replying.
'Jamie.' I told her.
She thought about what I told her and looked confused.
'I thought you said it was a girl.' She asked.
'Jamie is a girl.'
'But it sounds like a boys name.' She said.
'Yea well, that's just what her mummy and daddy wanted to call her.' I replied, kissing her on her forehead.
She nodded her head as if understanding.
'Night, Ry-Ry.' She said as she held out her hands for a hug.
I leant down and cuddled her, giving her a loose squeeze before letting go.
'Love you Mags.' I tell her as I head to the door.
'Love you too.' She said sweetly as she closed her eyes and tried to get to sleep.
I walked into my room across the hall from my sisters and shut the door behind me. I put my jotters back in my bag and flung it onto my desk chair. I started to take of my uniform and I walked over to my drawers and pulled out clean boxers, and shoved them on. I plugged my phone on charge in the docking station and turned my bed side light on.
I went downstairs and turned on the tap as I found a glass in the cupboard and filled my glass. I look a gulp feeling very thirsty, then another and another until the glass was finished. I filled it back up and turned the tap off. I stuck my head round the door of the living room and said a quick goodnight to my parents.
I headed up stairs putting my glass in my room and went through to the toilet. I brushed my teeth and went for a pee.
I heard my phone signalling a text and I sauntered through to see who it was.
I picked up my phone from the docking station and looked at the screen.
Kyle- 'party on Saturday, you in?'
I remembered back to when I was in Jamie's house, when she got a phone call from her friend Lacey. I'm positive I heard her say something about a party.
I text him back saying,
'Yea sure, mate. How's your nose?'
As I waited for a reply I chucked myself onto the bed and pulled the covers up to my waist.
Kyle- 'cool. It's all right, doc says it needs to heal by its self but gave me these mad painkillers.'
I text him,
'That's good, I'll see you at school tomorrow.'
With that being said, I plugged my phone back in the dock and pulled my laptop up from the floor.
It took what seemed like forever to turn on, but when it eventually did I logged onto Facebook and scanned my newsfeed when suddenly a message popped up on my screen from Jamie.
I clicked it and my face turned as bright as a tomato, thank god Jamie couldn't see me right now.
Jamie-'did you seriously have a wank in my toilet earlier?'
I sent back,
'What else was I supposed to do?'
Jamie-'go to the toilet and just... I don't know, calm it down or something.'
I actually burst out laughing from that message.
'A wank seemed funner. Wait how did you even find out?' I asked her.
Jamie- 'you put the toilet paper in bin and I had to clean it out and I... I touched it.'
'Hahahhahahaahah' I sent. I couldn't stop laughing since she said that, I actually don't know why I didn't put it down the toilet.
Jamie-'you are such a dick!'
I was about to message her back but she went offline just after sending her message.
It isn't my fault that Jamie is hot, I thought.
