"I'LL KILL HER!"  Harley jumps and curls into her lovers lap as she shuts her eyes to ignore the new neighbors.

"I WILL SLAY HER—". Ragged breathing, "HER, AND GORDON, AND ZSASZ—"

"Hey buddyyy...". Her lovers chest grumbles as the dragged out words fall from his scared lips.  She feels a small smile form on her own as she tries to drift back to sleep.  The new neighbor breathes heavily, his chains rattling and his voice still yelling.

"DON'T TALK TO ME, I WILL—"

"Oh, I get it."  He interrupts, "This place is full of loonies,". Harley is forced to remove her head from Jerome's lap as he turns, facing the iron window that separated them.

"I just through we could help each other out,"

Harley lays on her stomach, peeking up at the iron window Jerome was staring into with that wickedly handsome smile on his face.  The new neighbors head appeared glancing out the iron, not paying any attention to her presence.

"And how could you help me," was followed by some nervous laughter.

"Well, not to toot my own horn, but I'm a veteran, a resourceful fellow, so toot,"

"Toot, toot,". Jerome giggles as the new neighbors breathing becomes staggered and afraid again. 

"I know that laugh," the neighbor whispers in panic, Harley gets up as she sees Jerome move directly into the line of sight for the new neighbor, smiling in his face as a look of pure fear washes over the neighbor.

Oswald.

"Whaddya say pal?"  Jerome growls, staring at Oswald.

"We'll be ya best friends,". Harley chimes in, full on jumping at the former mayor as he flinches.  Harley smirks as Jerome burst into laughter, the sweet sound infecting Harley as she begins to laugh with him.

Jerome paused long enough to say a "Give me a smile," to the shocked Oswald Cobblepot as he could do nothing but stare at the pair before him in extreme and utter fear.

Jerome and Harley's laughs echo through the halls the rest of the evening, even after Oswald took to his bed and as he awoke in the morning.
