Luke's POV~
I couldn't believe it. I had always thought it was possible for her to go missing, but never thought it was a real thing. I guess I should think of a plan. But it took four years to even get a lead on Lindsay.
"Ugh!!!!" I screamed. My mom sat across from me in the kitchen with the the look of defeat.
"Sweetheart, it wasn't your fault! She ran away-""YOU WEREN'T THERE! I SHOULD HAVE FOLLOWED HER!" I took a deep breath.
"I'm sorry mom. I just can't help but feel guilty." She shook her head knowingly. She stood and walked out, leaving me to be swallowed by my thoughts.
"Hey, little bro!" My older brother Jack, entered the room. I swallowed and stood to leave. His hand gripped my arm, tight.
"What. Do. You. Want. Jack." I pushed through my teeth. His smile faded as he let me run to the door. I knew who took them now!
*Very short chapter because I was out of town and writers block*
