Jamal walked to Monse's house to pick her up. They were going to the Movies to take their minds off of Ruby and Olivia.
"Monse, are you ready?" Jamal asked as he tapped on her window.
"I guess." She hopped out of her window and followed him to the library.
The walk was silent. Too silent.
"So," Jamal whispered,"How'd you sleep?"
The thoughts of her and Cesar last night, talking and weeping, flashed into her mind. Should she tell him? Maybe not. Jamal can't keep a secret to save his life.
"It was alright, yours?"

Jamal skipped out of the cinema happily. "That movie was absolutely-"
"-horrible?" Monse finished for him. "That was so unrealistic."
He looked at Monse, square in the eye. "It's a animated Disney movie. It's not meant to be realistic."
