taehyung started walking toward the bus stop. he met up with jimin on the way, so they started walking together.

"good morning, tae," jimin greets, but is cut off by tae dozing off.

it was him. jimin knew the look that was in tae's eyes. the love and shattered pieces of his heart. that look was familiar to jimin, because he was the same when yoongi had gotten close to hoseok.

jeongguk was on the bus holding onto one of the handles. jimin and tae got into the bus. the two walked far away from jeongguk, but as people started caving in, tae somehow ended up right next to jeongguk. jimin in the other end of the bus.

"u-um, i-i'm sorry," taehyung manages to stutter out when he accidentally bumps into jeongguk.

jeongguk smiles sweetly, "it's okay, tae. loosen up a bit."

taehyung looks around for jimin. jimin looks over as well and only gives taehyung two thumbs up.

"t hate you," tae mumbles under his breath.

"what was that?" jeongguk asks with concern and sadness.

tae is stunned that jeongguk hasn't changed. jeongguk always listened well, and it always surprised tae in a way. a bunny with its ears.

"i-it wa-wasn't towards yo-you," tae looks down at his feet, a small blush forming, "i'm sorry."

the bus stops and they have finally arrived at their school.

taehyung punches his own chest repeatedly.

"stupid, stupid," he moves over to hit his head, "you need to shut up, tae. now he thinks you hate him."

jeongguk sees the scene and walks over to soothe the silly boy.

"tae, don't hit yourself," jeongguk says with a soft tone.

jeongguk takes tae's hand and holds it to stop the other from hitting himself.

a deep blush creeps taehyung's face.

cute~ jeongguk thinks to himself.

jimin catches up with taehyung, but sees the scene before him. he walks toward his boyfriend instead.

"so, um, i heard you needed a tutor for biology," he continues, "you know i can totally help you out with that," he rushes the last sentence quickly.

i really hate you right now, jimin, taehyung thinks to himself.

"um... sure. we can talk about the details later," taehyung rushes out, "i have to get to class. i think you do too, ggukie."

the nickname was automatic. it just came out naturally. the nickname that was stuck with jeongguk since taehyung made it up. only tae called him that. and yet, his heart began to flutter severely. the same happened with tae.
