The principal caoled my parents and told them that becuase I never really got in that much trouble before and I had good grades and it's the past week of school I wouldn't be punished. I enjoyed my last days as a high school student... kinda. It was a lot of tears and hugs and goodbyes. Some of us couldn't wait to graduate and get out of here. After the graduation everybody was throwing their parties except for me, Jenny, Abby, Mario, Jaslynn, and Brett. We decided to go home, change and meet up at Pizza Hut. One thing that makes us all friends is the fact that we all love food. "So are you guys gonna miss this town?" Jenny asked. We all looked at each other and laughed. We shouted at the same time, "Hell no!" We were tearing up a pizza when Mariah walked in. Nobody knew we were friends again so they looked at me wondering what I would do. I stood up and gave her a hug. she pulled up a chair and sat with us. Abby asked, "So are y'all friends again?" "Well would we hug if we hated each other?" I said jokingly. "I could do without the attitude cuh!" We all laughed. It was a good time. We shared stories and remembered funny and stupid things we did together. I'm gonna miss these guys. After a while the waitress said that they were closing and we need to leave. Most of us had new cars we got for graduation but Mariah didn't so I gave her a ride home. I pulled up to her house and had that usual awkward goodbye moment after a date. Only this wasn't a date, or at least I don't think it was. I was still pretty confused about us. "Well here we are." I said. She smiled. "Yeah." Crash My Party by Luke Bryan started playing on the radio. She looked at it and turned up the volume. "I'm starting to have a feeling this is our song." I smiled. "Luke Bryan knows when we're in my truck together. He's secretly stalking us." She laughed. I was still in love with her and I loved to hear her laugh and see the most beautiful smile ever. "I gotta go." she said. "Goodnight Mariah" "You're leaving tomorrow morning right?" "Yeah I got boot camp." "Ok well be careful. I'll miss you." "I'll miss you too." We hugged and she walked inside her house. I wish I could change my mind and not go. But I think it's better I do, she probably still doesn't love me. The next morning I woke up early and got my stuff packed. I felt my phone vibrate.  I saw several texts from my friends mostly saying goodbye and good luck. None of them were from Mariah though. I got in my truck and headed to the airport. Right before I got on the plane I checked my phone. Nothing. I guess that answered whether she loved me or not.
