Prompt: You return to Riverdale after being gone for almost two years. You happen to return a week after the Southside High merger. You reunite with Betty, Archie, Jughead and your best friend Cheryl and she fills you in on the situation with the Southside Serpents though your don't agree with her opinions of them. You can't seem to keep your eyes of a particular serpent and he can't help but stare either.

Your POV
You left Riverdale the summer before Freshman year. Your parents had received a job offer out of state and it would be stupid to pass up because it was guaranteed money. You didn't have a say in the matter. You were never close to your parents and you were an only child. Your father only seemed to have bad things to say about you and constantly put you down and your mother was obsessed with image so she was very controlling. They were only concerned with one another and their work so you were alone until you meet Betty, Archie and Jughead. They were your friends and always there for you but your best friend was Cheryl Blossom. While Betty, Archie and Jughead were great friends, Cheryl was the only one who understood what you were going through. Things were hard at home for her too especially with her parents. They adored her brother Jason and favoritized him.
You were crushed when you had to say goodbye to your friends especially Cheryl. You stayed in touch with each other as long as you could but the two of you grew apart and stopped talking to each other after a while. You went back to being alone and were forced to change your lifestyle because of money. You weren't complaining that you hated the money especially going from barely middle class to having an endless supply of it but you hated the way it made your family act. You went from an average Northsider to a rich outsider. Since your mother was all about image you were forced to change your pastel colored sweaters and blue jeans for expensive designer clothes and your sneakers for high heels. You even drove an Audi R8 which was a present for your 16th birthday. You felt like you were faking your life for two years, attending exclusive events with your family and acting picture perfect to go home and live the complete nightmare it was, but that all changed when your parents said you were moving back after they got into business with a small family there like yours. You were so happy to be going back home and see your friends and best friend Cheryl again. You packed quickly and got enrolled into Riverdale High the next day. The flight was long and the drive to town was quiet. The mansion was waiting furnished. Your room was on the second floor on the furthest side of the house. Your room had a huge window that had a view of the forest. The only thing in the room was a king sized bed, a new vanity and your suitcases you had brought with you. Your heart pounded in excitement for the next day. Your first day at Riverdale high.
Sweet Pea's POV
I survived my first week at Riverdale high alongside Toni and Fangs but as soon as we started adjusting rumours about some Northsider returning were all anyone talked about all day. I sat in the student lounge with Toni and Fangs. Jughead and his girlfriend Betty were sitting on the couch with Veronica and Archie across from them and Veronica was telling some story about where she used to live but I just zoned out like I normally when she or any other Northsider started talking. They all sounded the same. Looked the same and acted the same way as each other. The guys were all bitchy jocks who gloated about themselves and the girls were all exactly the same. Bitchy, cliche, snobby, and all goodie two shoes in light colored clothes. I tolerated them since they were Jughead's friends and we were in Northside territory. I was lost in thought until sheriff Keller's kid walked in.
"Have you guys heard the rumors?" Kevin asked the group eagerly.
"No. What rumors?" Betty asked curiously. Toni and Fangs looked at me with wide eyes as we listened entertained.
