Chapter 3

Y/N's POV

Me and Jungkook didn't make any interactions, but we did enjoy staring at the view the whole rest of lunch.

When the bell rang to warn everyone lunch was over, we didn't say anything other than "See you later." Then going our separate ways to class.

In Chemistry, we only made eye contact once and he smiled then looked away.

Even though today was seen as quite normal, it was much more interesting than other days.

I'm in my last class now, and it's 5 minutes to the last bell. After the bell rang, we bowed as a class and packed up our books.

As usual, I walked to my bike at the bike rack and got on. Before I started to peddle home, I saw Jungkook walking past with a few girls behind his tail.

Then I heard some of the guys mumbling something behind me. One guy was walking towards me, looking pretentiously brave.

Fuck, not again... Not in front of these girls...

"Hey Y/N, I know we haven't talked at all much, but I was wondering since you seem like you don't have anyone to hang out with at lunch, why don't you come by to my cla-"

"No thank you, I'm okay with how I am and where I eat at lunch. Have a good day." I said bluntly, and bowed before peddling away.

Jungkook POV

I saw Y/N getting her bike, when I also witnessed some guys pointing at her and one guy started walking up to her to talk.

I couldn't hear what they were talking about, since the girls surrounding me were drowning it them out, but the conversation ended quite quickly with Y/N bowing and riding home with her bike.

The group of guys eyes followed her until she was out of sight. They started to walk away and were finally closer for me to hear what they were saying.

"Yo, you just got rejected hella hard dude."

"Yah, shut up. I get it. I swear man, I'm not giving up, she's gorgeous and my feelings for her aren't dense. I will have her no matter what." the guy who got rejected said creepily.

"She's so damn hot, but why the hell is she so shady?"

"Trust me, she's probably got some kind of sugar daddy, that's why she's being all loyal. Ha ha!"

Those jerks.

I suddenly felt a rush of anger, when they talked about her like that. I was tempted to go over there and punch them across the jaw, but I had to keep my composure. I can't afford to get in trouble at this school, I had to get good grades not get involved in unnecessary fights.

I had a bad feeling though and I wasn't the only the one who saw and heard that whole thing.

Four of the girls who were following me also witnessed the whole situation. They looked at one another and gave a nasty look to each other.

Damn this school is messed up. What is their problem?? Where are the teachers to help?

I don't like the looks that they were giving each other.
