Time had passed is all James could figure out when he woke up. He could see about four people. One of which he recognized his girlfriend Jasmine. Jasmine helped James up to his feet. The silence was awkward enough but now James felt awkward in every perspective he knew.
Jasmine broke the silence with "Well who are you two?" she questioned the visitors.
"I'm Camilla and this is Raoul," the woman had pointed to him.
"So let me guess," James started, "You had the same dream as us."
"More or less," Raoul stated, "we had a similar dream but I believe we have the same goal in mind."
Realization had hit both James and Jasmine in the face. These were the people that the book was talking about. The people who would go against them. The same had happened to Camilla to. Just when both groups thought the fight was on it was only just the beginning.
"HELLO MY PRETTIES," a booming voice bellowed in the corridor. They all turned around to see the mistress herself Chimera.
"As you all should be aware of by now," she started, "everyone is here for the same reason. You must fight me to gain the power of nightmares to save each others villages. However it isn't quite simple. " "As you both had done previously you had gotten a token of the dragon flame to use. However nightmare magic may only go to one person. Out of the four of you only one may earn my power," she grinned mischievously.
"One??" they all questioned.
"Mhmm," Chimera responded "And to make this a bit more fun lets raise the stakes."
