Chapter 21 A meeting with an old friend

(Flashback)

"Boruto, sweetie your big sis is here." Hinata softly said to the 8 year old blonde boy.

"Who's big sis mom? I have a lot." Boruto asked innocently. "Me!" A 9 year old black haired girl busted in his room surprising him. Once Boruto saw her a spark appeared in his eyes. "Big Sis Mizhana!" Boruto shouted as he hugs her. "Oof! Boruto you can just call me by my name. After all I'm only a year older than you." She replied as she hugged him back.

Hinata chuckled after a few seconds Naruto appeared holding a toddler in his hands. "Awwwww Hi Himawari!" Mizhana cooed. Boruto huffed and lets go of her. "Boruto are you jealous?" Mizhana teased. "N-no I'm not!" Boruto stuttered with light pink cheeks of embarrassment. "Hah! You are!" Mizhana said loudly pointing her finger at him. Boruto started to tear up "No no no no! Lets start playing hide and seek! I'll be the seeker now you go hide! One..two..three." Boruto giggled and went to hide.

While the two kids were playing, Both Hinata and Naruto went downstairs greeting Moegi. "Umm big bro Naruto, are you sure I can leave her here? She can be quite a pain." Moegi chuckled. "Its all right Moegi, besides Boruto loves hanging out with her." Naruto replied.

"Also, we want to ask if he can be her small babysitter? As much as Boruto loves playing with her, he is also afraid of her. It might be nice if someone can keep him quite." Hinata said.

"Of course! Although it may not last long..." Moegi trailed off causing both couples to give more attention to their discussion. "What do you mean?" Naruto asked.

Moegi sighed "Its only a matter of time she realized that she was only adopted. Since my auntie took her 3 years ago."

"If its only three years ago, won't she remember that your aunt isn't her parent?" Hinata asked.

"My aunt said that when she had found her, she didn't remember anything." Moegi replied.

"Poor child." Hinata said sadly. "Don't they know any information about her?" Naruto asked.

"Unfortunately, they found her in a burnt house. Its was a miracle she was still alive." She replied.

"When she turns 10 next few weeks, we'll tell her the truth. After that, my aunt will take her and live in the hidden mist village. The people who found her said that she lived there when she was young." Moegi added. They both nodded and continued talking.

"Found you!" Mizhana shouts as she found Boruto laying underneath his parents' bed.  "Aww, hmph!" Boruto grunted. Mizhana laughed and helped him out of the bed.

"Hey big sis, where are you going?" A nine year old Boruto asked as he watches her pack her things. She sighed and pat his head giving him a big smile "Don't worry! Sis will just live in a different village but I'll visit sometimes!" Boruto looked to her with a sad face. "W-when are you coming back?" He asked while pouting. She placed her hands on her chin and back to his head "I won't tell, its a surprise!" She replied with a teasing smile.

"Now..." she trailed off it took only a few seconds after a black aura came from her body and she looked to Boruto with a terrifying face that she do every time Boruto do something stupid. "Now listen, your going to be a big guy someday and big sis here will tell you a few things. I know that you'll master the shadow clone jutsu soon. Protect your sister got it? Never hide under your parents bed, be kind to your friends even though your loud. And what else?..."
