Long time no see

"How long has it been, Jumin?"
Jihyun asked nervously, as if it was too long she would feel guilt.
"Maybe a year or two.."
Jumin said.
V then gulped in fear that he was angry at her.
"I-I'm sorry Jumin. I didn't think it had been that long, I didn't mean any harm."
V was panicking on the inside that he would never forgive her.
"Don't worry, I was busy most of the time anyways."
Jihyun was relieved, yet a bit hurt. She was relieved that she didn't have to worry about being missed and bothering him, but hurt by the fact that he didn't want to see her.
"I'm sorry."
Jihyun said a bit sadly, turning her head.
"What? Oh, you don't have to be. I really did not mean anything by it."
She turned her head back to look at him after he said that.
Jumin suggested that they had some tea and caught up with life.
"Has anything interesting been going on? Any new things or new people?"
She asked not expecting to hear much.. but to her surprise-
"Well, I haven't told the RFA yet. But, my father is trying to set up an arranged marriage. Specifically, his girlfriend."
Him saying this had shocked her. She froze for a second.
"Are you okay with that? Are you going to do something?"
She asked worryingly.
"It is a bit tough, since my father has almost complete power over me and talking isn't working. I think too high of my father to rebel against him, it would also put a bad label on the company."
Jumin looked at the floor. V stared back still in a bit of shock. She had not expected such news.
"There is one way out of it.."
She said to herself, but Jumin heard.
"What is it?"
He said pondering over what her idea could be.
"Nothing- well.. maybe you could get another woman to sort of block the path they are trying to make you take."
She said. She was going to say herself, but that would have been to straight forward.
"Who?"
He asked.
Jihyun blushed.
"I-I'm not sure. Maybe me? I mean it would only be for a period of time since that would be all we need to make the plan work."
She blushed even more, trying to hide it.
"It sounds like a good plan."
He said.
