It was a few days later now. Sara fit in just fine.
She woke up to the sound of rain outside, unlike many, she actually loved the rain, it made her happy. People would think she's weird but she was just different that way.
Days like this, not many students would attend school but Sara decided to go. She grabbed her umbrella and headed outside. At school she was greeted by her friends who showed up too. Only 6 students from their class showed up to school that day which meant they wont study much. It was their art class now, they were all sat painting random things and fooling around, everyone was in a surprisingly good mood that day.
When Adam decided to talk about football. Every girl except Sara grew silent, none of the girls were really interested in sports but Sara being so close to her brother was fond of it and was a great player too.
"What's your favourite league Adam?" Sara asked him, her eyes gleaming with enthusiasm, the joy that would light her eyes up every time she was happy.
"Oh please!" Khaled snapped at her, "What would you even know other some famous teams? You girls get to know a few teams and their players and would think you know what football is" he said as he rolled his eyes.
"Are you challenging me Mr.Cold Guy ?" Sara glared at him. She had enough he'd always be rude at her for unknown reasons.
Khaled's POV:
I could feel Sara's eyes fixed and glaring at me. I thought to myself "Why not have some fun then". She always looked like a person that would be fun to talk to and fun to tease.
"Mr.Cold Guy" I scoffed "And what if I am challenging you?" I looked at her.
"Well then, a football match, just you and me, applying all rules" she smirked at me. I was taken aback, god even her being competitive was beautiful. Wait What. I quickly shrugged of those thoughts. " Are you sure you want to embarrass yourself?" I said.
"Are you sure you should be asking that to me and not yourself?" God she was competitive and a part of me enjoyed it.
Authors POV:
"Sara are you out of your mind, he's one of the best players in the school!" said Tara, the whole class not being able comprehend but having fun anyways. "Well he may be ONE of the best in school, I was the best in mine, I even have those awards, Mr. Cold Guy" she said as she kept on her playful smirk, her dark brown eyes gleaming.
"Well Lady it's raining outside" Khaled said, "Who said we're playing today? I'll give you a day to practice." Sara replied.
Just then it was time for recess, "Well I'm out, may the best player win tomorrow after school." Sara said, doing that friendly salute and leaving.
Saras POV:
Wait what did I just do? Did I really do that? God what was I thinking? I've finally gone mad haven't I?
I thought to myself, while trying to keep my cool on the outside. Something inside me was actually excited and looking forward to this.
