I drove the car hearing some romantic songs with me humming through the lines. I smiled at myself. This was not the same Reyhaan from few months ago. Actually about an year. Life has changed me a lot.
Moving out from highway, I stopped my car near the gate of a huge house which is actually turned out to be my office for the past one year. I read the board "Khanna mansion" and a smile crept across my face. Not the house, only the person inside it can be the reason. The reason why I am here. The face I always craving to see. The sole aim of my entire journey is to get a glimpse of her, if possible earning a look from her. She has turned out to be an habit for me. My Rosh..
"Good morning sir" Relieving me from my thoughts the security guard wished me, he has his usual smile on his face. I greeted him back.
He opened the gate and I drove the vehicle inside. I parked on my reserved space. I looked at my watch to see its sharp 9. I am always a man of punctuality. I got out taking my files and bag containing the lap top.
There is another one at the entrance waiting to welcome me. Blacky (the pet dog) ran towards me and started moving his tail as a sign of love. I caressed his head kneeling down at him.

"You looks pale. Haven't you eat your breakfast?"I asked. He made a sound as if he understood me.
"Come inside Reyhaan."I looked up to see Sumeet uncle standing at the door welcoming me.
He was initially reluctant when I first proposed the idea of working from home. Then I convinced him throwing his health as a reason. There is only one reason why I accepted his company's partnership deal when my mom left it out of anger. I need to visit this house possibly every day. My mom wasn't happy with my decision of taking up this deal. She insisted me to break all ties with this man and his family. But thankfully she didn't force me more when I convinced her. She always give me that freedom to choose whatever I think best for me. Also she won't interfere much in matters regarding my company. She wanted me to be independent and that's why she is my role model. I hope she would accept all my decisions.
Now I can't wait to see her. I made myself comfortable into the sofa waiting for her entry into the kitchen. A sight that I won't want to miss. Poor girl, she would soon be busy in the kitchen and it would be hard for me to catch a sight of her.
"Reyhaan, would you mind waiting for a minute? I would come soon" Sumeet uncle excused.
"Ofcourse"I nodded and he left to his room which is upstairs.
