13. The Next Phase!!!

Reyhaan's PoV

I have been driving continously for the last two hours and all these while what I noticed is her eyes didn't move away from me.

"Drooling over me?" I asked unable to handle the excitement.

Her mouth opened shockingly and eyes widened. Before I could tease her more, she quickly withdrew her eyes from me.

I might have gone through tough times for this day. But I am happy with the result. I got her.

She was very quiet after that. Her eyes on the scenery outside the window.

"Reyhaan, where are we going?" She asked suddenly.

"You trust me, right?" I asked softly.

"Yes, more than me." She answered making me smile.

"Then have a good sleep. You are very tired."

"But Reyhaan..."

"Hey, shhh.. Just remember one thing. Wherever we are, you are safe with me." I assured her once again.

She nodded her head with a smile. With that she leaned back on the seat while closing her eyes.

"Have some sweet dreams."I said for which she chuckled. I smiled at her innocence.

Roshini's PoV

"Roshini, wake up baby." I heard him.

With great difficulty I opened my eyes. I saw him very close to me which made me suddenly nervous.

"We reached our destination." He moved away from me for me to see where we are.

I looked around to finally realize we are infront of a huge beautiful house. I couldn't see find more features since it's very dark. Probably midnight. How many hours did I sleep in the car? Was he driving all these hours? I found him gesturing me to enter outside the car. I did so.

"Come Roshini." He held my hand tightly.

That's when I remembered something. Something that is very important. How did I forget that?

He gave me a confused look.
"Now what?"

"I am sorry. I forgot to.."

"Forgot to?"

"Happy birthday Reyhaan." I pecked his cheek making him surprise.

Not only him, I too got surprised at my act. I just kissed him. I remembered the last time when I kissed him, he gave me a similar expression.

"Now what? Don't ask me for a gift. May be next year. You didn't even tell me prior that it's your birthday." I pouted.

He smiled before pulling me to his chest.
"You have given me the best gift of my life."

"When?" I asked unable to control my curiosity.

"You came with me. You trusted me. And you are all mine now. Nothing else can make me as happy as I am with you."
