The girl and Yharim arrived at a thriving sea, full of life. Vibrant coral littered the seabed, and colorful fish darted through the water. A small fishing town resided on the east coast, and she spotted a magnificent worm making its way peacefully through the water.

"Destroy it." Yharim said. "Destroy it, then I'll fill my end of the bargain"

"Why?" the girl asked

"Because this sea is owned by Amidias, and Amidias has not been behaving well recently. So i'm asking you to destroy it."

"But, the people, in the town. They'll die too!"

"And? Do you think I care?"

"I can't kill innocent people!"

Yharim raised his hands, and the girl flinched. She would not endure that pain, never again. She pointed towards the water, and dark energy poured out of her fingers. She could feel infernal heat rise from the ocean, and she watched as the small town set fire. The water started to evaporate, and the villagers were unable to extinguish the inferno. Fish lay on the banks, smoking. The giant worm she saw began to writhe in the sand, flailing around helplessly. Within an hour There was nothing but sand, burnt coral and the smoldering carcasses of sea life. The girl looked over the desert she had created, and almost vomited. Yharim began to clap

"Bravo! That was spectacular! You'll make a perfect servant!"

The girl said nothing. She sat there, watching the remains of the once beautiful ocean with a crushing sense of guilt. If she was going to be doing acts like this often, she had to find a way to escape. As they made their way back to the temple, the girl began to hear screams from the mountains.

"Ah! sounds like they're getting their comeuppance"

The girl didn't even feel good about those screams, she pitied those, and hated herself at the thought that she had been the one to bring this upon them. She wasn't worth that many lives, all the innocent women and children who would be caught in the frenzy would forever haunt her conscience. She slept in an abandoned corner of the temple, thinking of any way she could escape from this hell she had created for herself.
