Saving Darcy ( Ashley Purdy love story)

Chapter 4

Darcy's POV

  I slowly opened my eyes and looked around accidentally hitting my head on the bunk above me. I groaned and climbed out, holding the back of my head and walking into the living room of the bus. I listened to the utter silence and smiled. no arguing...no fighting... nothing...just utter peace.

I went to the kitchen, and saw CC passed out on the floor. I tried to control my laughter , but began hiccuping from my laughter. I went to the fridge and looked around...nothing but beer, chips, some sand which meat, and bread... oh well!  I grabbed some of the bread, and some ham. I made a sand which and grabbed the chips and a beer, and sat down, taking a bite of my sand which and a swig of the beer. I made a face, but then took another sip.

After I was done eating and drinking (till I was drunk off my ass) I staggered to the bathroom, and got undressed, and got into the shower, starting the water. I washed my hair and my body, getting the remembrance of my parents gone. I wrapped myself in a towel, turning off the water, and walked to my bags getting into fresh clothing. A plain white tank top with a black vest over it, black skinnies and wrist bands. I went to the bathroom again, hair dryer and makeup in hand.

After that was all done I went back to the kitchen and got another beer, and sipped at it. I watched the guys slowly but surely get up and wander into the kitchen or bathroom. When Ash got up I stole the couch and sat back, drunkly giggling at them. Jinxx was the first one to notice I was drinking.

"why are you drinking this early in the morning?" he asked in a still slightly groggy tone.

"cuz there was nothing else to eat or drink." I said smiling.

He nodded "j-just don't let momma Andy see that" he said as he went into the kitchen.  I laughed at his nickname for Andy.

I walked into the bunks again, and climbed into Ashley's bunk, as I sipped at the beer. I lie there for what seems like hours until someone walks in. Ashley. He looked at me and smiled groggily.

"morning Princess Purdy Girl" he said, as he reached into his bag.

Ashley's POV

"morning Mister Purdy Boy" she giggled. I could smell the alcohol on her. shit.. we didn't have any other drinks except beer... dammit Andy... I rested my chin in my hand and looked at her pretty face..

"Well good morning Ash, Darce." Andy said cheerfully as he put the finishing touches on his small amount of eyeliner. I nodded to him, and walked off.

"I'm going to the store... who wants what?"  I asked.

"cheese, milk, soup, more bread, juice, marshmallows and cookies" said Christian. "oh, and more beer, cuz Darcy drank the rest of it!" my eyes widened. Dammit cc....

Andy looked at my bunk and saw Darcy stumbling out. "there was nothing else to drink!"

Darcy smiled and looked at Andy, who had a look that could kill.

that's when I left.

Andy's POV

"if you were thirsty this morning why didn't you go to the gas station Darce?" I asked her, looking at her. My cousin...drinking illegally.. never thought I'd see the day...

"cuz I didn't wanna wake anyone up Momma Andy." she said. I looked at Jeremy, who chuckled at the funny little nickname he'd given me. I rolled my eyes. I sighed in defeat.

"when you sober up, I need to talk to you"

"about?" she asked

"I'll tell you when your sober"

"but I wanna know now, you can say it right now and I won't be a drunk about it" she said putting the beer down.

"you're...my cousin" I said, looking up at her. At first her mouth hung agape. and then she sat down .

"really? I a- I am?" she said, and I nodded. I pulled out a picture of her and I as children, and showed her. Her eyes began to well up with tears and she came over to the couch, where I was sitting.

we talked for about an hour about what happened. and then Ash came home....

Ashley's POV

I walked in with a shit ton of groceries, and smiled as I saw Darcy come into my line of sight.

"hey there Purdy girl!" I said as I walked to the kitchen, sitting the bags down and going over to her. I had to admit.. it was hard... not to fuck her on sight... man...why am I such a man whore?? I mean yeah, the burning satisfaction of a woman screaming my name is addictive.. but why was I on such...good behavior for Darcy...i -i need to...I need her... I crave her and I don't even make sense of it myself...

I gave her a soft hug, and walked to my bunk. "Darcy, were sharing a bunk tonight!"

"okay!" she said, as we headed onto the road again. I smiled as she walked back and climbed into the bunk.

"might as well take a nap, we won't be there til tomorrow" she said, smiling. I nodded and climbed in next to her. Damn she was tiny.. I wrapped my arms around her so I could fit cozily and I closed my eyes.

Jeremy's (Jinxx) POV

I watched my phone for a text from Sammi. Another argument....

'I don't know what your on, Jeremy Ferguson... but You need to quit now. Ya know what?

This is why I cheat'

My mouth gaped. She cheated? I shook my head and sighed, throwing my phone down. Maybe a little payback was in order...

Darcy's POV

I slept for what seemed like forever, until I got hungry.. I tapped Ash and told him I was getting up. He nodded and let me go, continuing to sleep heavily. I closed the curtain and walked out into the living room and saw Jinxx with his head in his hands. I sat down next to him.

"hey... what's wrong Jinxx?" I asked softly, putting a hand on his back.

"Sammi cheated on me..." he said. my eyes went wide, as he looked up, black staining his cheeks slightly. I sighed softly and held him in a hug. I felt his arms wrap around me and something in me panged.

As if on cue I looked up at him, and he looked at me.

That's when I felt his lips press against mine..
