Mr. BigandScary shoves me into a holding cell on the carrier. People stare as he does so. Muttering things about being uncorrupt and a disgrace or disease. I stare at them. Some women and children look at me with sad eyes. I don't need pity. The door closes, cutting of their faces leaving me to actually look around at my surroundings. It's dark but not to dark, in in-between darkness. People suffle around holding clipboards and speaking into hover phones.
A man walks up to me. Or rather my cage.
"Name." I don't respond.
"Name." He asks with more force. I stay silent. He mutters something into a hover phone. A few seconds later something flies through me. Knocking me off my feet and sending me arching my back and screaming on the floor. The pain stops.
"Name." He asks with a hint of a smirk on his face.
"Fuck you." He nods. The same thing happens again but ten times worse. I scream until I can't anymore. The pain subsides. I wimper on the ground. Barley loud enough for him to hear me.
"Name."
"I feel like you should already know my name since I'm here. You probably already got blood samples in these things." I say shaking my cuffs at him. Another man walks up. The first man walks away. But not before bowing slightly.
"Well, you know correctly uncorrupt scum. But, you are not in the system. Do you know why that is?"
"Well my mom always said I was special." I grin. Looking at his face. He remains unscathed. "But I doubt that matters." I mutter.
"What is your name?"
"Why should I tell you?" He stares at me for a minute.
"Issac."
"What?"
"My name." Now it's my turn to stare. I smile.
"You know I like you. And because of that I might just tell you my name." He looks at me expectantly.
I sigh. "Jule." I mutter.
"What?"
"Don't mock me I know you heard." He chuckles and pulls up a chair.
"Why? Why are you sitting?"
"Well I have this folder of questions that need answered by the end of this flight. And based on how long it took for me to get your name, I figured I might as well get comfortable." This dude.
