Sometime before,
The next day, Shivay picked Anika and Kunal and they went to university together. The trio had fun time together and Kunal and Anika also developed good bonding. Their group was terrific three and they were partners in so-called-crime. They used to prank everyone together and were the pranksters of their class. Kunal had planned to prank Anika by a fake lizard and was about to throw it on Anika but a girl came in between and the lizard fell on her and she started screaming and shouting.

This caught attention of whole class and they moved their glances towards the 'new' girl who introduced herself as Shrenu, who was supposedly Kunal's ex-bestfriend, but her shifting to new city caused their friendship to break and now Kunal and Shrenu weren't even in talking terms. Kunal on recognizing Shrenu face palmed himself and scolded himself for inviting a storm. Shrenu started scolding Kunal for pranking her while Kunal was just trying to speak but was always cut by Shrenu.

Shrenu: How dare you prank me?

Kunal: Let m..

Shrenu: Just shut up! What did you think huh? You will prank me and I will stay quiet? I am not the old Shrenu, who will melt with your oh-so-sweet words. Mind well!

Kunal: But le..

Shrenu: I told you, just shut up and listen to me. What do you think of yourself huh!? Are you varun dhavan or ranbir kapoor that I will fall for you? No, you are a stupid, idiot, duffer, and a...

Shivay: Chillax Shrenu, breathe in, breathe out. (He asked her to do so while demonstrating it to her)

Shrenu: Shivay let me speak please! You know he..

Shivay: Please end the topic here. We will talk about this in break time.

The lecture soon started and the all studied attentively in lecture and then in break time they went to canteen to talk about this.

Shivay: Shrenu and Kunal please mend your friendship, you just can't let a small mistake ruin your friendship.

Kunal: Which friendship dude?

Shrenu: Our friendship you idiot.

Kunal: We are no more friends.

Shrenu: Aren't you my best friend?

Kunal: No. We were never best friends.

Shrenu: I know I did wrong by moving to Canada without informing you and lied that I will be back soon but that doesn't mean you will break friendship.

Kunal: It's over!

Shrenu: Kunal please..

Kunal: Keh diya na, bas keh diya.

Shrenu being heartbroken went to the class without eating anything. The day ended and everyone headed towards their home. While shivay called Shrenu and asked her to meet him in nearby garden. Shrenu and Shivay had a talk about this matter and Shrenu confessed that she loves Kunal but is afraid that if she would confess it to Kunal then they would never even be friends again. Shivay listened to her and a plan jumped in his head and he decided to implement it.

The next day Shivay picked up Anika, Kunal and also Shrenu and asked Shrenu to sit on passenger's seat beside him. Shrenu happily did that and Anika and Kunal were confused as to why did shivay ask Anika to sit back and Shrenu on passengers seat. The whole day Shivay and Shrenu were busy with each other talking, laughing, cracking jokes, pranking and also studying. While Kunal and Anika felt left out. This went on for a few days and Shivay and Shrenu would often hangout together to Beach, mall, cinema, restaurant, amusement parks, etc while Anika and Kunal were burning with Jealousy.

There was an announcenent of fresher's party and Shivay and Shrenu again went together for shopping while Kunal and Anika had to go alone. Shivay made sure not to ignore Anika and not to let her feel left out but he used to spend most of his time with Shrenu as per his plan to make Kunal confess about his love for Shrenu because of jealousy. Shivay and Shrenu continued the drama.

On the day of fresher's party, Shivay and Shrenu came together while Kunal and Anika came together. They all met and complimented each other as al were looking wonderful. Few selfies were captured and posted on social media to let people know about their fresher's party and then they all started dancing and enjoying the party. Shivay and Shrenu were dancing together and now it was high time for Anika to control her jealousy, she dragged shivay and started dancing with him. Shivay was adamant and was trying to leave but Anika spoke up "I dare you to kiss me in front of all"

On listening this shivay was shocked and angry on the same time. He accepted the dare because his ego asked him to and had to kiss Anika against his heart's will. Their first kiss wasn't the one which they would enjoy. It was the one they would regret. Anika knew that shivay was very angry on her but that was the only dare she could come up with at that time. She was mentally preparing herself to face Shivay's rage.

Shivay was so angry that he excused himself and after breaking his phone jsut left the venue and went home. Anika was worried about shivay because he didn't even had a talk with her before going. She feared that their friendship would now break because of this dare of her. This was the dare she would regret the most. Her hopes to continue being friends with shivay were crushing. The enthusiastic environment of the party was now turning to an emotional one for Anika. She also excused herself and went back home. Her eyes full of tears and her heart full of pain. Her tears weren't stopping for she was regretting and cursing herself.
